Capítulo 5: 5. Pre Rating Game 2
"Hey, Rias. Would the ones here be your servants?" Riser smiled looking at them.
"So what?" Rias's eyes twitched by his words.
"Then this will be a laugh. Only your Queen, the Priestess of Thunder can fight on par with my adorable servants. Well you might stand the slightest chance if you have your other Bishop play the game, but I guess that would be impossible."
The ground began to glow as a teleportation magic circle with the symbol of the Phenex house. Silhuotte of people came out of the circle above, a total of 15 of them.
"Well, these are my adorable servants." Riser proudly introduced his servants to them.
Riser noticed Issei crying with tears.
"Hey Rias, that servant of yours over here is crying a lot while looking at me."
"This boy's dream is to have a harem. I think he was moved after looking at your servants."
"Gross~."
"Riser-sama, that person is freaking me out~."
"Now, now, don't be like that girls. Looking up to upper class folks are what lowly ones does."
"Nghh... Sh-shut up! That's different with the thing about Buchou! At this rate, you will continue to flirt with other girls even after you're married to her! A womaniser like you aren't good enough to be with Buchou!!"
"Heh. Isn't there a saying, Heroes loves women. You may say all you want, but aren't you just envious of me?"
"Hero my ass! You are just a bird guy! Fire bird Phoenix? Hahaha! That's the same as Yakitori!"
"You bastard, are you aware of your place when you speak to me so?"
"Like hell I care! The only place for me is to be Buchou's servant! Nothing more, nothing less! Boosted Gear!" Issei calls forth his Sacred Gear.
"We don't need any game! I'll defeat you all right here!"
BOOST!
Riser sighed. Dealing with hotheaded protagonists really are getting in his nerves.
"Mira." Riser gave the order.
A small girl with the same body frame as Koneko came to face off against Issei. She takes out a stick that martial artists use and makes a battle posture.
Mira quickly moved cat hing Issei off guard and sent him flying up to the ceiling.
"Guhaa!" Issei's breath was taken away and suffered severe damage.
Riser slowly walked over to Issei who is crouching on the floor pathetically.
"You are weak." Riser's words carved deeply on Issei's heart.
"The one you just fought is my Pawn Mira. She's the weakest out of my servants, but she has more battle experience and has more talent as a Devil that you. Boosted Gear? Huh."
"This is certainly a very dangerous Sacred Gear of Longinous Class capable of slaying Gods and Demon Kings. However if it belongs to someone of a weakling like you, it's not even worth mentioning."
"Alright then, Instead of having the Rating Game right now. I'll give you ten days. If you could get used to your Sacred Gear, then it might be a little interesting." Riser said.
"Are you giving us a handicap?"
"Yes. I will feel sorry for you if I crush you immediately."
Riser turned his back as he exited the Human World. The ground glowed as the Teleportation magic circle of the Phenex house transported them away.

Right after they returned from the Human World, Riser have his servants train leaving only Ravel with him.
"Onii-sama, what do you plan to do in these ten days?" Ravel asked.
"Hm? What, are you worried for me my dear little sister?" Riser said.
Riser and Ravel, their relationship as siblings had been good. Although Riser might have the personality of a spoiled noble, he also adored his little sister that's why they had a good relationship. That's also why Ravel agreed to be Riser's bishop.
"Nothing of that sort of course. I hardly doubt you could be defeated Onii-sama. After all we are the Clan of the Immortal Phenex, were practically unbeatable." Ravel, who is also a spoiled princess like Riser arrogantly declared.
"Hehe, I like your confidence." Riser chuckled at his little sister's declaration.
Maybe he won a little too much compared to the original anime. His Rating Game record practically made him undefeated if you don't count the fixed matches.
Riser displayed impressive prowess and combat ability to overcome against the odds. That's why he's got the new nickname as the genius son of the Phenex Clan, they call him th Hellfire Phoenix, putting him at the same league as Rias, Sairaorg, and Akeno with their nicknames.
"My adorable little sister, are you interested learning a new power today? I could personally teach you a thing or two. How about it?"
"Really?"
Riser hadn't really done anything King-like to his servants ever. He didn't personally imstruct them to train or anything and left them all to Ravel.
...
In the training grounds...
Riser has started to personally train his little sister.
"To efficiently use your power in any given situation, you must first understand the breathing exercises and the circulation of your Demonic Power first..." Riser began his lecture.
Ravel had learned the basics of Phenex Clan Martial Arts. Although her talent for it is average, she already has practiced it for years since she is till little.
Her combat instructors told her she didn't have much talent for combat, so Ravel decided to be more of a strategist support type than that of a combative type. She focused on her education more.
"This is the first time I've heard about this. So there was Breathing Techniques and reading the circulation of your Demonic Power required of this Onii-sama?" Ravel excitingly asked.
"Yeah, our Martial Arts and our Combat Instructors is taught that it is highly reliant on innate talent to achieve mastery. This is a flaw that required extensive years of practice for a member of our Clan to achieve a bit of mastery." Riser said.
The Advanced Phenex Martial Arts taught him the deeper meaning of the Martial Arts for him. It is much easier to teach Ravel the basics of the Martial Arts with his insights.
First, the Martial Arts Manual is teaching the technique all together at once. It didn't have a step by step basics instructions to gain understanding of their moves.
"Now, try going according to the breathing pattern I taught you and circulate it according your Demonic Power accordingly."
Ravel closed her eyes attempting to practice Riser's method.
At first she failed a few times, until she finally got the hang of it.
"Now, try it with your eyes open."
And so Riser continued to instruct Ravel.
This became a sort of relationship bonding between siblings.
