Suspended in mid-air were floating platforms and bridges, connected by glowing energy beams that formed temporary pathways. These platforms moved slowly and gracefully, shifting and reconfiguring themselves as if responding to Henry's presence and the ebb and flow of temporal energies. The floating platforms and bridges gave the impression that the interior of the Citadel was in a constant state of flux, reflecting the timeless nature of its existence.

Chapter 133
The room is sparsely furnished with monumental thrones and enigmatic artifacts scattered throughout. These thrones are vast and majestic, constructed from materials that seem both organic and synthetic. The artifacts appear as relics from different epochs and realms, their purpose and origins shrouded in mystery. Some of these objects emit a soft, pulsating light, hinting at their latent power.
In the center of the hall, there is a colossal spiraling staircase that ascends and descends into the darkness, leading to higher and lower levels of the Citadel. The staircase is flanked by glowing railings and arches, enhancing the sense of grandeur and scale. At its base, a large, pulsating core is visible, radiating a soft, ambient light that seems to be the heart of the Citadel's power. "It's beautiful, isn't it? Took me a while to build it," a voice said. It belonged to a man standing above the stairs as Henry looked up, seeing an older man with a composed and enigmatic demeanor. He wore a dark, elegant suit with subtle cosmic patterns and ornate rings glowing with temporal energy. His piercing eyes and knowing smile caught Henry's attention.
Henry looked at him, curious, as the man introduced himself, "I am He Who Remains, or Victor Timely, but you're not curious about that, eh? It's fine though; I'm just very excited about you. I've never met anyone like you—truly alone, never had a multiversal counterpart, variants, they are pain in the ass. but you are fascinating! I mean, you are the biggest anomaly of all anomalies. You, my friend, are the original anomaly," the man, or Victor Timely, said as he finally arrived in front of Henry. He placed his index finger on his chin, "Oh, wait, there was another who came by recently." As he said this, he looked at Henry, expecting a reaction, but Henry remained silent and stoic. "What did he call himself? Oh, right, he called himself the Demon Lord, the Heavenly Emperor of Reincarnation, the Lord of Calamity, Heavens Above, etcetera, etcetera. You know, just between the two of us, that's too many aliases," Victor whispered the last part to Henry.
However, seeing that Henry didn't even move a single muscle on his face, Victor then said, "Oh, he said his name was Gu Changge." He paused dramatically, as if expecting some sort of reaction from Henry, and when Henry reacted, Victor stepped back, saying, "Huh? He said that would definitely shock you. Did he lie to me?" He mumbled the last part to himself as he turned around. "Anyways, the guy is really intimidating, insanely powerful too. I mean, you know, the ancient Chinese robe, the long jet-black hair with the red small line on his forehead—that doesn't ring a bell?" Victor asked as Henry finally did something to confirm he wasn't a statue: he took a small pill, before forcefully grabbing Victor by the throat. "Agh! Why are you anomalies so strong?" Victor groaned between breaths before Henry shoved the pill down his throat.
"Serve your purpose, He Who Remains. Meet the two Lokis," Henry finally said before he started to walk away. "Oh, he definitely said you'd know about the arrival of the two Lokis!" Victor yelled as he tried to cough up whatever Henry had fed him, which was a small mechanical ball Henry had designed for the world leaders of Earth, allowing him to remotely kill them if needed. The reason Henry fed it to Victor was to kill him in case the Demon Lord returned, and if Victor started babbling about what had just happened. The reason Henry didn't outright kill Victor Timely was because he knew Victor would need to explain things to the two Loki variants.
Yes, Henry was watching possible futures using his time stone like TV shows, and currently, he was enjoying the journey of the two Lokis, its what happens when someone is powerful and bored at the same time. "I wonder if they hook up?" he thought to himself before leaving. Yes, the only reason Victor Timely was even remotely alive was because Henry wanted to watch some drama unfold—fascinating. Of course, with the essence of Alioth in his hand, Henry was only lacking one more material. "Looks like it's time to pay that evil bald woman a visit," he thought with a smirk. That's right, Henry was planning on meeting an evil bald-headed woman, and he might have a crush.

It didn't take long for Henry to find Cassandra's base, which was inside an embiggened ant corpse. There were guards, and from what Henry knew—which was a lot—most of them were mutants. Of course, they spotted the floating Henry and immediately sounded the alarm as they got into combat positions, which was useless since Henry telekinetically pressed them down, making them unable to move. That was when the mouth of the giant ant-man corpse opened, and metallic stairs folded out. A shadowy figure sitting on a chair rolled out for a second before Cassandra Nova got off her chair.
"Didn't your parents teach you to knock on doors rather than barge into someone else's home?" she asked in her British accent. Henry actually smiled and said, "Oh, how cute," as he floated down. Cassandra was taken aback—not because he possessed psionic abilities, but because he called her cute. "And who are you? I have never met another one like you," she asked as she looked around the place. "That's because there aren't any other variants of me," he answered before turning toward Cassandra, who was now right up in his face with a knowing smile. She placed her ten fingers on his head before saying, "Looks like I'll have to dig them out myself." She made contact with Henry's temples, which he allowed her to do.
She tried to read his mind, which she does by making physical contact with her target as she phases through the target's body, but she couldn't do the same with Henry. Henry then placed his own hand on her face and said, "You can't read my mind, but let's see if it's the same with you." He tried to read her mind but couldn't, "looks like my psionic abilities needs evolving" he though to himself but that wasn't a problem for henry who could just create a tier 8 psionic potion for himself "Looks like we're both disappointed," she said with a smirk as one of her henchmen, now free from Henry's telekinetic hold—actually, all of them were since he had focused on getting into her mind—tried to attack. Despite being free, they didn't act because Cassandra was facing him. However, Lady Deathstrike, a mutant with abnormally large metal fingernails, tried attacking Henry from behind, only for a small ball of fire to suddenly appear and disintegrate her into ashes.
