Chapter 104: Antivirus Renewal
"Setsuna, I have something important to tell you," the system, which had been dormant and silent for some time, finally decided to speak again.
"What is it?" Setsuna responded. For more than four years, he had managed to avoid all the tricks to conceive a child. A year ago, something happened between him and the system.
"Then what's the point of me if you're not going to use me?" the system asked.
"Maybe a friend? I get bored sometimes," Setsuna replied.
"You..." the system's voice was filled with frustration. "Never mind. From now on, you can consider me as nonexistent."
So, the system spent a year watching anime until it received a message:
[It has been almost five years, and your host remains inactive.]
[Currently, all firewalls and antivirus protections have long been deactivated due to a lack of points to maintain them.]
[If the host does not conceive more children within one year, you will be forcefully removed and will no longer be able to function as a system.]

"I'll be leaving you in a year," the system said.
"What? Because I didn't want to have more children?" Setsuna replied.
"Correct, host. I've received a message that my service will be terminated in one year," the system revealed.
"Alright, I'll make sure you won't be terminated. Maybe in another six months, I'll try harder to have a baby," Setsuna grinned. He finally found the system's weakness.
"It's up to you, host, but for your information, the virus has been invading this world for two years," said the system.
Setsuna, who had been smiling, suddenly changed his expression, which gave the system some relief. The system thought, 'This time, I'll get the last laugh.'
"What? Why didn't I know about this before?" asked Setsuna.
"Didn't I tell you that my presence here would block the plotline from progressing?" replied the system.
"Yeah, but you didn't tell me about the virus," said Setsuna, frustrated.
"The plotline is like a virus. There's one known as the Halo of Reducing Wisdom, and there are others, like the Halo of the Male Lead. These viruses affect important figures, such as Uchiha Madara," the system explained.
"You mean the halo has infected him?" Setsuna asked, his face turning pale.
"Correct, host. If you remember, a few years ago when you first got the system, Madara, who had run away from Konoha, returned. That was because the halo's effect on him had been blocked," said the system. "This allowed him to think clearly. Izuna, who has a higher IQ than Madara, also benefited from this."
"So, will the world thrown into chaos again?" asked Setsuna.
"I'm not sure, but they've been affected. Right now, Izuna, Madara, and Tobirama are all under the influence of the Halo of Reducing Wisdom," the system said.
"What about Hashirama?" asked Setsuna.
"He hasn't been affected by the virus," replied the system.
"Why not?" Setsuna pressed.
"I'm not sure. Maybe because, even without the Halo of Reducing Wisdom, his wisdom isn't much higher. The halo wouldn't make much of a difference, as he can't fully grasp the consequences of his actions," the system replied.
When Setsuna heard this, he also felt it was true. After all, Hashirama didn't need to be affected by the Halo of Reducing Wisdom. Who in their right mind would give other villages tailed beasts, knowing they could potentially turn against Konoha?
"Tell me clearly, why do I get two years of protection?" asked Setsuna.
"That's because you have two wives, so it grants two years of protection each time they conceive a child," replied the system.
Setsuna quickly spotted the loophole.
"So, if I only let one of my wives get pregnant, I would still get two years of protection instead of just one?" asked Setsuna.
"Correct, host. As long as one of your wives gets pregnant, you will receive antivirus protection for two years," the system confirmed.
The system then realized that Setsuna planned to let each of his wives get pregnant every four years, alternating between them—this year it would be Haruko, and two years later, Akari.
Frustrated by this realization, the system's mood lifted slightly upon remembering that the important characters had already been affected by the halo.
Setsuna, understanding the importance of this, decided to have another child to ensure the halo wouldn't become an obstacle in his plans.
---Antivirus Renewed---
Setsuna had successfully renewed his antivirus by doing deeds with his spouse, and Haruko was now pregnant.
After two days of being on a mission, Uchiha Izuna suddenly woke up abruptly, remembering something crucial.
"Brother, I think I forgot something important," said Izuna.
"I feel the same way. Something significant has slipped my mind," replied Madara.
"Setsuna warned me about the potential danger of assassins, but why? Instead of protecting my family, I chose to do an A-rank mission that might take weeks to complete?" Izuna said in disbelief at his own actions.
"It's not just you, Izuna. I also find my actions strange," Madara revealed. "Why am I out here on a mission with you instead of being in Konoha to protect my niece?"
"Brother, did someone cast a genjutsu on us?" Izuna asked, now feeling genuinely frightened.
"I don't think anyone managed to trick us with genjutsu. It feels more like our wisdom dropped to its lowest point," said Madara.
"But why the both of us?" asked Izuna.
"I don't know, but I don't think we've been affected by anything. I don't sense any trace of chakra. However, I believe my niece is safe in Konoha," Madara said, still unsure of what had really happened to them.
"Has the Mangekyou Sharingan affected us, making both of us act foolishly?" Izuna wondered, suspecting it might be because of the Mangekyou Sharingan.
"I'm not sure, but let's finish this mission as quickly as possible. How about we just carry the client to the destination ourselves?" Madara suggested.
"Brother, please help me finish this mission. I need to check on my wife and Kazuha," Izuna begged. "I have a feeling something might happen to them while I'm here."
"Alright, go ahead. Don't worry about the mission. I'll make sure it's completed," reassured Madara.
"Thank you, big brother. I'll leave my shadow clone here. It might help you carry the client to the destination faster," Izuna smiled.
"Okay, go now. I'm also starting to feel concerned about them," said Madara.
"Thank you, brother," Izuna replied, creating a shadow clone to stay and piggyback the client.
Without stopping, he used the shunshin jutsu and headed straight for Konoha.
