Chapter 144: L was meant for Leaving

What had just happened? How had she seen through his façade? Had he inadvertently revealed something while lost in her touch?

Seeing the man's unsettled expression, was enough for Atasha to confirm her suspicion. 

She swatted his hand away as he reached out to touch her. "You're full of lies! How could you…" Atasha's breathing hitched, she took a deep breath to calm her nerves in difficulty.

She wanted to lash out at him, but what answer was she expecting?

Wouldn't she just sound absurd? 

"I refuse to partake in any more of your nonsense!" Twin tears fell like a downpour on her cheeks. Her lips, still swollen from their kisses, now tremble in fury and exasperation.
