A/N: The concept of the wolves in this story is different from how werewolves are typically depicted. You may encounter themes and terms that don't match what you know about werewolves. I intentionally made it that way.

Chapter 35

The next morning, Kythe together with another four warrior wolves, are bound to set off to the cave where the snake ferals stay. Mary can be seen staring at Kythe's departing back just outside her place within the pack's mountain residence.

Her eyes gleamed with an unknown light with an infatuated look plastered on her small face. 

Meanwhile, after the scout team departed, they moved in haste but with a certain degree of caution. Aware of the dangers that lurked around every corner of the Ilhu Mountains. 

As they left the scope of their territory, they could hear the growls and roars of different mountain beasts. With their small number, they can only move in silence.
