CHAPTER 58

LUCIEN'S POV. (THE ALPHA KING).

As much as I tried forcing myself to sleep, all efforts proved abortive, nothing worked out right for me, it was more or less like they all kept snooping around.

I hate the fact that I ended up this way, now I'm stuck with big puffy eyes, although it does well for the public, they all want to see me being sentimental maybe even now and then but as for me I hate being perceived as weak.

I walk to the bathroom, easy off my face to give myself a clean and refreshing beginning but I know it's only on the outside.

Deep within myself, I feel hopeless and weak, I want to turn to anyone for help but I know I can't, I am the alpha king and I have to act as one.

The door is pushed open without prior notice of a knock and I know what ur is almost immediately.

"We need to leave now, your highness," Brian called out to me as he rushed into my room.
