Amalia recalled something, "The probability of it being the Yoder is high. Yannis once tried to buy an artifact from my store, but I refused."

Samuel shook his head wryly. "Yannis is someone who holds grudges strongly. Your refusal was a blow to his ego. No wonder. I can be fairly sure it's him, just need more evidence."

"Don't overthink it. I'll handle Francisco's side," Amalia insisted, not accepting any refusal.

"But this is my issue. I don't want to trouble you, Big Sister. Francisco doesn't like me in the first place, so it has nothing to do with you. You don't have to transfer money; I can handle it by myself," Carlos said with a bowed head.

"Do you still want to go to Heavenly Path University?" Amalia asked.

Carlos's face lost a bit of color, forcing a strained smile, he said: "If I can't get in, there's nothing I can do. I wasn't going to pass the exam anyway. Perhaps it's the heavens telling me not to overreach and dream too big."

Amalia furrowed her brow. "If this is what it means to dream big, where do you place those who strive and struggle for their dreams?"

Carlos lowered his head in embarrassment.

"Don't dwell on it too much," Amalia softened her tone. "Focus on preparing for the university entrance. Leave the rest to me."

"Okay," Carlos nodded.
