Parker lay in his arms. The last twenty-four hours have been crazy. Parker considers her life on earth. She works at a job she enjoys but has no close friends. Her parents had passed away years ago, and she and her sister rarely spoke. They did not have anything in common.

Parker has been living her life in the game. Even at work, she would check her phone for missions and look forward to fighting with her unit against the Purix. Parker had watched Brax command her and his other troops, and she had secretly longed for him. She knows from the game that the Arcturians are a band of brothers, a group of brave warriors waging war to save other planets and species from the devastation they suffered.
