Thus, Loreen concluded she would have to speak with him about it later since he just went off in a hurry since he was already late for work.

And yet, unexpectedly, half an hour later, he returned with everything the doctors listed. He also got warm food for her and clothes to wear.

He was so thoughtful.

Loreen checked the clothes and blushed when everything was the right size.

She was embarrassed and horrified at the same time.

'How did he even know?!'

She could not recall ever listing those things in anything for her work.

Just as she was about to think about it more, her boss revealed that he showed a photo of her to the salesladies and they picked everything for her.
