Capítulo 33: Lily isn't telling the truth

"Ryder!" Lily called him from inside the house. 

"I am coming!" Ryder hollered back. He turned to the sentry. 

"I would prefer if our conversation remained private."

"Of course Alpha Ryder." the man replied. 

Ryder went back into the house. 

"What were you doing outside?" Lily asked. 

"I was just looking around, I wanted to be sure if this place was safe enough for you." Ryder replied. 

Lily wrinkled her face at him. "Ryder! I know you want what's best for me but Jax is a really nice man he takes care of me well. Can you please try to get along with him." she pleaded with him. 

"Fine, I won't tease him anymore."

"Thank you big bro." Lily smiled at him. 

"So what is the good news?" Ryder asked her. 

Lily stood up and moved to where he sat, she guided his hand to her stomach. 

"You are going to be a uncle." she told him. 

"Are you serious?" Ryder asked excitedly.
