Deonisia turned to look at Almaria, she nodded her head, confirming the thoughts her sister was having in her head. She then turned to look at the supreme king.

"Not my friend but my sister..." Deonisia said softly.

The supreme King dropped his shoulder as if disappointed, "And here I thought you brought me a gift. Even though she's old, but she will do," the man rubbed his tongue over his teeth, making Almaria recoil in disgust.

Almaria tightened her grip on her dress; the man in front of her unnerved her to the last. She kept her eyes away from him but could still feel his penetrating gaze on her.
