Harry and Narcissa entered the dueling room. They saw Fudge, Amelia, Umbridge, eight Aurors, and Dumbledore. Harry's other ladies left to leave the ministry by the floos.
Just before anything was said, McGonagall showed up while Amelia gave him back his wand, wand holster, scabbard, and blade.
"Mister Potter, do you still want to push with your lie?" Cornelius asked.
"Lie? I have the parchments that the students used. The DMLE caught the bitch torturing a student. She had five blood quills in her possession. Yes, I will duel the bitch to prove she was guilty." Harry said.
Dolores said carefully, "Fine if I win, I get all the money in all of your Potter vaults."
"Fine, so mote it be. But if I win, not only will your crimes be proven. I expect a full confession." Harry replied. "You will also submit to veritaserum questioning. Last, the ministry will recompense each victim ten thousand galleons per occurrence.
The ministry will also pay for any mind healing they need. My recompense will be given to pay off my loan."
"Agreed, so mote it be. Here are the rules, Mister Potter. You cannot use any of the unforgivables. You cannot kill her." Fudge said.
"Dolores, survive." Fudge said. Dolores smiled at that.
"Duelists, the duel will end when Harry is dead or Dolores declares a wish to stop and it is accepted by Harry," Fudge said. "Albus Dumbledore will be the officiant."
"Duelist take your stances" Albus almost shouted. He stood facing the umbitch and bowed. She didn't even do that.
"Duelist fight," Dumbledore shouted instead of doing a countdown.
He dodged left because Dolores's first spell was the killing curse. He laughed. His first spell was a bombarda on the ground between them. He then used the debris to block Dolores's unforgivables. Harry was dodging and shielding any other spell she shot at him. Delores was becoming angry as the boy was either blocking or dodging her spells, not only that he seemed bored with her. Her face was getting red.
Finally, getting bored, Harry fired a bludgeoning spell that crashed Dolores's shield while knocking the bitch to a knee. He then hit her with multiple bone breakers, enjoying her screams.
"Is this your limit, bitch?" he said while looking down at her. "I expected better from a ministry representative" he was taunting her. It worked and she started firing more killing curses at him. Harry saw his opening and fired a fiendfyre bolt that burned her chest. That made her scream in pain; "Wait please I surrender" she said loud enough.
Dumbledore took that as his cue "Delores Umbridge has conceded, the match."
Harry said, "Not accepted". Then he hit her with four cutting hexes before she could dodge or shield. They amputated her limbs. He followed that up with fiendfyre to cauterize the wounds.
Dolores passed out.
"Harry Potter wins," Dumbledore shouted in anger. Why couldn't the brat die? He had proof now. What Harry did, could only mean he had gone dark. How to kill him?
"Fudge, do you admit that your undersecretary is guilty of the crimes of torturing students at Hogwarts?" Harry asked eyes narrowing.
"Fine, fine, she was guilty. The ministry will do all of the stipulations." Fudge agreed. He was worried about what the boy would ask.
"Then wake her; Aurors bring the veritaserum. I want to know how much of what she did was approved of or with the knowledge of the headmaster."
Dumbledore couldn't allow it. His hands had to remain clean. He raised his wand and cast a cutter, taking her head off.
"I am sorry Minister, but it would be bad if Harry asked questions about your involvement," Dumbledore said.
Harry just looked amused. He expected something like that. He would have to pay Daphne a galleon; he thought Fudge would be the one to kill Umbridge.
"I still get my loan paid off," Harry said with a large smile.
"Mister Potter, what loan were you talking about?" Minerva asked. She had a very bad feeling about this.
"The cost of all the international portkeys I bought. I bought fifty thousand galleons worth of them." Harry said waiting for the question he wanted to answer.
"What international portkeys? Mister Potter, you know I am not going to allow you to go overseas and spread more lies." Fudge snarled.
"I did not say I would be using them. I know that you and Dumbledore have prohibited me from using them. Others, like muggleborns, will be using them." With a smirk. "Come Madam Black; time to leave this wretched rock," Harry said.
"What?" Dumbledore asked in just less than a shout.
"That is why I am here, Albus. Today, Mister Potter and his ladies and others had their paperwork presented for all of them to transfer to Beauxbâtons. They demanded I sign that paperwork. With Regent Black there; I could not; not sign the documents. I gave them back to Madam Black. I was able to get them to come here so you could try to persuade them to stay. That was the best I could do. Legally I had to sign. These documents mean we will lose over forty students. We may lose more students in the next few days." McGonagall said.
"Did you sign? Minerva?" Albus demanded.
"Did you not listen? I had to, Harry and his ladies all have their owls. Harry here passed nine owls. Three with honors." Minerva said. "Under the ruling of the ICW; he has the right to go to a school other than Hogwarts. When I came here; I hoped you can persuade him to change his mind."
"How could this happen, Albus?" Fudge demanded. "You told me that Harry was barred from the tests. That we could snap his wand, bind his magic, and obliviate him!"
"I was barred from the group tests at Hogwarts, but Madam Marchbanks allowed me and a few others to take our OWLS right before Yule. Your attempt to stop me from leaving this country was pitiful and unsuccessful." Harry replied with a shit-eating grin.
"That is, it, Griselda is fired. I will not have her allow agitators to get special privileges."
"You should check your inbox. I am sure her retirement paperwork is in it. I think she said she was going to MACUSA." Harry said. "She used one of the portkeys I loaned against."
Harry was enjoying the looks he was garnering. It was so easy to stay three steps ahead of these idiots.
"This was fun, but I have places to be, and they are not on this rock," Harry said again.
"Where are you going, Harry, my boy?" Albus tried again.
"None of your business, you are no longer my headmaster. I will never be in Hogwarts again. I no longer have to listen to your drivel about the greater good."
"How can you do this? You are not allowed to use an international portkey nor can you apparate internationally."
Fudge said.
"Muggle means, idiot. I have no problems using them." Harry said.
"I forbid it. You will stay at Hogwarts." Albus thundered. He slowly drew his wand. He would be able to kill the brat soon.
"You can forbid it all you want; it is too bad you cannot stop me," Harry said palming his wand.
Harry turned to leave. He heard Albus cast Diffindo. He pushed Narcissa in the way. He followed that up with his own; making sure that Dumbledick's spell cut Narcissa's throat killing her. Since it had, his hands were clear. He just had to get out of the ministry alive. Harry dodged another diffindo from Minerva and returned a bombarda that he was sure killed her.
Harry used the explosion to leave the room and run for the floos. He made it there when he felt the first curse wiz by his head. Shacklebolt was behind him.
Harry fired a stunner back causing the Auror to dodge. It gave him enough time to grab the floo powder, fling it into the fireplace, and call out Hog's Head. Once he came through, he fell on the floor. A second later Shacklebolt appeared but tripped over Harry.
Before Shacklebolt could recover, he was dead when Luna used Aberforth's wand to put a piercer into his head. At least the spell had been cast so that he was not splatted with the insides of Shacklebolt's head. He had to be careful how he got up so he didn't get viscera or blood on him though.
"Perfect Luna. How many orders of the burnt bird are left?" Harry asked while looking around seeing no one but Luna alive. "They are only down to three. I also killed Moody here. Dumbledick, Snape, and McGonagall."
"Hermione, Daphne, and Susan made a quick raid on the death eater hideouts. We think we got all but Tom. We only did it because we got a tip that Tom is at Gringotts." Luna said.
"So, it was a good day," Harry said.
"Cissa dead, we also lost Allan Pinkerton. The Auror from the ICW who was helping us. Moody killed him." Luna said. Harry just nodded.
"Minerva is dead. Umbitch is dead. So, we only have Cornelius, Snape, Albus, and Tom. So where are we going next?" Harry said.
"Fudge has asked the muggle prime minister to cancel your passport; he did so. That makes normal muggle methods out." Luna said smiling. "We have another escape plan."
"Not that it matters, Sébastién provided me with a French passport," Harry said.
Luna cast fiendfyre. She then flung floo powder into the fire, grabbed Harry, and yelled Black Isle Bar. Harry was dragged into the green flames.

"Where are we?"
"Don't worry about it. We are taking the Scotrail. It is a short walk from here to the station. Then we go to Inverness station to Wick, then we walk the rest of the way. It is about three kilometers to the Harbour Guest House." Luna said with her usual dreamy voice.
"We stay the night there. Sometime in the morning, the boat will be showing up nearby. Then we will be en route to France." Luna said. "Well actually, we will have to row out to the boat. I have an inflatable raft in my pack." Luna said looking for acceptance from Harry.
"This is well planned. Considering I was in an inquiry; I am glad I did not know the details. I have to ask, where are the others?" Harry said.
"They are coming another way. They have brooms. They will meet us by Strathy Point." Luna said.
"What dangers do we need to know about?" Harry asked.
"There are Aurors at the airport, looking for us. That is why I have a bag with muggle clothing. The original plan was to use Scabster. I saw us getting caught there so this is the fallback. It is harder; every airport and ferry port have around-the-clock Auror presence to find and stop us."
Luna said. "Hermione said that they know you have used ferries and airplanes in the past."
"Will it be a straight shot from Scotland to France?" Harry asked.
Luna shook her head. "We will have to take several stops. The first is Knightstown. Then Gijon, followed by Casablanca, Abidjan, Capetown, Antsiranana, Port of Aden, then part of the Canal, and Malta."
"Why such a trip? Why are we taking the long way around?"
Harry asked.
"We cannot go through Gibraltar. As it is, we will have a few pirate issues on the way to France. By the way; by the time we get to France; we will be wanted in magical Britain. Even with your mom's influence, the muggle government will turn us over in a heartbeat."
"How will this affect our time in France?"
"Here is what you need to know, it's from Mione." Luna said.

I am sorry we have kept so much from you. Between Luna's foresight and the political machinations of our snakes; both for and against us, we had no choice.
The biggest point, by the time we reach France, we will no longer be your wives, just consorts. They will also strip us of our membership to ancient and noble families.
We will have to deal with British Aurors, death eaters, and order members; acting as wanna-be hit witches or wizards on occasions until the trio is dead.
Our schooling and your marriage will continue as planned.
We did better than expected. Everyone but you and us; made it to the continent or elsewhere before the trio shut down the escape routes.
All our assets and funds have moved to France. In vaults under our personal; not family control. That prevents any dangers from that front.
With the remaining goblins here in England; magical Britain will never have a first generational again.
This island has become a cesspool of rot. Hopefully breeding itself into extinction.
Now, please, for safety, do not try to find us and wear a hat. We need to avoid the Aurors. We can catch up on the new boat.
If you weren't told our old boat was compromised. So was our original escape plan.
Regarding that, I do not know if they checked out the ports in Norway. I did find out that Calais was invaded by British Aurors looking for the old boat a week ago. So, you were correct; Narcissa was setting us up to die. I assume it was because you did kill her son. I found other things she left to stop us; as did Daphne. We were able to counter most of them.
The boat we are escaping on is not the same boat. The old boat was sold. We went from a small yacht to a small freighter. The yacht was moved to Stromness after Yule. This is all thanks to your mother.
Since you will ask, your aunt was the one to move it, Fear not, your aunt was the last to leave magical Britain before the shutdown.
Don't worry about her. She used a pay phone to call me this morning. Or should I say, she called my drop number four times in a row, three rings each than hang up. She is safe in France.
You will be amused. I will fly on a broom. It will be from where we are spending the night until where you will pick us up in your row boat. We will get exercise rowing.
I am sorry this escape is so buggered. It turns out the ministry has wards detecting any broom flying too far off the coast. They hemmed us in.
They will not succeed.

"Headmaster Dumbledore?" A red-robed Auror asked from the gate. Albus did not know this woman. She must have been a mediocre student when here at Hogwarts. That would make her easier to imperious. Too bad for the ministry.
"Minister Fudge sent me some information. My name is Gwen Jones.
"First, Pius Thicknesse is the new head of the DMLE. Andrew Evans is the head of Wizarding Examinations Authority." The Auror said with some distaste.
"Really, what happened to Amelia Bones?" Dumbledore asked with some trepidation.
"She and about half of the Aurors resigned effective as of yesterday. That includes all the Aurors that were trainers, specialists, and the ones absorbed from the DoM. All the experienced ones, really." Gwen said, still looking like she was sucking on one too many of his lemon drops. "The minister is putting in a complaint about that to the ICW. He is also rehiring as many as he can from the ones the DMLE had already let go. All those that were of quality have left for either MACUSA, Oceania, or the continent."
"That is most unfortunate. Has there been any luck in finding Mister Potter and his friends?" Albus asked. The boy must not be allowed to leave the island.
"Yes, they found the yacht they were using. It was in a dock, just west of Bristol. The muggles were refitting it. It was sold to a yacht rental company a month ago. That is why we could not find it when we looked for it." Gwen said stiffly.
"Damn that brat. Are you sure that he has not left this island? That you can prevent him from leaving this island?" Albus asked with desperation. If the boy left the island; it would be too risky to go after the brat in person. Not with the arrest warrants out there. He still had two from the ICW World law enforcement out for his arrest.
In the future, he knew he would have to deal with this issue. It was unfathomable that it was still an issue. Why had the Greengrass and Delacour families refused to forgive him? They should; after all; since he was Albus Dumbledore.
"We have at least one Auror at every muggle ferry, tunnel, airport, and port around the clock. He cannot escape the island. We have turned on the wards to detect broom flights entering or leaving the island." Jones said.
"The minister is sure that he has not yet been able to leave the island. If he tries, we will stop him. Minister Fudge even had the muggle prime minister stop him from using muggle methods, it is just a matter of time before we catch him and his consorts."
"Minister Fudge is holding an emergency session of the Wizengamot tomorrow to strip Potter of his rank and all funds they can. He will soon be out of friends and resources, sir." She finished.
"Thank you, Gwen. Please keep me appraised." Albus replied. He was going to ensure he got some of those Potter funds to at least replace all those the boy had cost him.

This was infuriating. There was no more order. The brat had ended that with Minerva's death. He did not blame the death eaters for killing his brother or Kingsley. That was war after all, but Minerva's death was a blow to the greater good. When would the brat understand that he needed to do what he was told? Then die at the hands of Tom so that he, himself could sweep in and kill Tom.
The glory and rewards for killing two dark lords would make him as famous as Merlin. He would shape the future of Magical Britain for the next one thousand years. His one-thousand-year reign. Instead of rewards, he had to track down one coming dark lord and have him die at the hands of Tom; the other dark lord. The current locations of both dark lords were unknown. He was upset with himself. He should have killed Harry the first day he was at Hogwarts. Harry's wealth be damned.
Now he had to be imperious or find other methods to compromise his new jailor. Too bad for the girl; when done; her fate would match Hestia's.
Then there was the dead ICW Auror found in the remains of his brother's tavern. How much was the ICW involved with magical Britain?

It sucked to be a lord with no followers. The despicable goblins all but threw him out of the bank. His vault was empty. The vaults of his followers were either empty or had so little they might as well be. The rotten beast even informed him that the property he was living in was being leveled then the dirt was to be sold to muggles. The sale had already been done.
How could Malfoys fuck things up so hard? Lucius should have killed the damn child. No, the idiot decided to duel Potter and lose. Young Draco also failed to kill Potter.
Then Narcissa made a run at the task and failed. That whole fucking family could not do one simple task. Kill one damn child. It was not that hard after all.
When he left the bank, he got a rude homecoming. The building was nothing but ashes. He had to kill one and capture the other Auror that he found there.
He received a headache when he burrowed into the captured Auror's mind with legilimency. The only information he learned from his pain was the sight of his house burning with fiendfyre. He then killed the second Auror.
Who had done this? It wasn't the ministry. They didn't use fiendfyre. He was now without a base of operations, funds, and any followers.
He killed the two Aurors way too quickly; there was no one to torture.
Somedays it sucked to be a dark lord.
The Boy-Who-Fled
Magical Britain's most celebrity, Harry Potter, the Boy-Who-Lived, is leaving Magical Britain.
Word has come that he's transferring his education out of Hogwarts and Britain as a whole.
Headmaster Dumbledore has informed me that the documents that allow Harry Potter and a number of his friends to change schools were completed before the end of term by the late Deputy Headmistress Minerva McGonagall.
This is allowed under an ICW ruling. A ruling that Dumbledore does not believe is valid!
The ruling states that any student who has achieved three or more owls is allowed to transfer to another school to further their education.
This ruling will allow Harry and others to move their schooling to Beauxbâtons in France. At this time, Harry Potter has achieved nine OWLS. According to the minister's office; Mister Potter was not allowed to take his owls at this time; yet did. Investigation to follow.
Included in his friend's list; is Susan Bones; niece and ward of Amelia Bones, the prior head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement!
We at the Prophet are shocked at how Amelia could look down on Magical Britain that employed her by letting her child transfer. We are just glad to learn that she no longer retains her post. Minister Cornelius Fudge did the right thing in letting her go.
Now, my loyal readers, you might be asking yourselves why such matters are important; the first is the insult. It is an insult to all of Magical Britain that the Boy-Who-Lived would even think of taking education outside of Hogwarts. How can our national hero be allowed to just thumb his nose at his history and the society that adores and supports him? He did not even courage to ask our nation if he could leave; let alone should he leave.
Then there is the matter of his temptation.
Magical Britain was invaded by a filthy half-breed during the Tri-Wizard Tournament. The champion of Beauxbâtons was a veela. While she has been questioned by the ICW numerous times, we know that the harpy was able to sink her talons into our national hero and beguile him to leave us.
Then there is till HWSNBN; we, the minister and headmaster of Hogwarts demand the BWL finish off the evil specter of our way of life. Harry Potter is choosing to flee to France rather than save us again. How can Harry Potter leave us to that monster?
I know I have some questions that I want to be answered. I would call upon the Department of Magical Law Enforcement to bring the boy in for questioning and save him from the veela tart.

Murder at the Ministry
Boy-Who-Killed?

The ministry was the scene of violence yesterday as a spell battle devolved between several wizards after a sanctioned duel.
According to Hogwarts Headmaster Albus Dumbledore, Harry Potter was leaving the ministry after his duel to prove High Inquisitor of Hogwarts, Dolores Umbridge did indeed torture students with restricted items. At the end of the duel; Albus tried to reason with the boy. To curb Harry of his recent bout of rebelliousness and desire to leave Magical Britain when things devolved into bloody chaos.
There was a disagreement that led to spell exchange. During that exchange, Deputy Headmistress Minerva McGonagall and Lady Narcissa Black were both killed. It was noted that Potter responded to the disagreement with dark magic.
There are questions about the confrontation. Did our fallen hero start it? Was he the first to use lethal spells? Was he the one that killed Undersecretary Dolores Umbridge? She was alive at the end of her duel with Harry Potter.
We at the Prophet demand the ministry to investigate the altercation before trying our fallen hero.
That confrontation threw the Ministry into an uproar, dear readers. For the teen to be so willing to use black magic, to be so willing to kill; it shows Potter has a strong leaning to become the next Dark Lord.
Headmaster Dumbledore in particular was extremely disappointed with Mister Potter.
Dumbledore pointed out that our fallen hero would not have fallen if he had not as his student, rejected the headmaster's guidance and authority. Nor if he hadn't joined with the slags he has betrothed too.
Minister Fudge has a different opinion. In his own words: Potter murdered my secretary and used dark magic. Because of that, I will end Potter's days as an outlaw. If he does not present himself to the ministry and surrender in the next twenty-four hours, he will be declared a fugitive and hunted down like the criminal he is.
Minister Fudge has authorized both a curse and kiss on sight if he does not turn himself in. When the minister demanded the seizure of Potter's finances; Gringotts told him that all the wealth they held was no longer in England.
The minister wants a trial about the deaths of Dolores Umbridge, Narcissa Black, and Minerva McGonagall. He also wants an inquiry into where our fallen hero learned his dark magic.
Fudge continued. I will include all of his wives and consorts in this ruling except Hermione Potter nee Granger and Daphne Lenora Black nee Greengrass. For that muggleborn and Slytherin, who I am sure showed the BWL the black magic, are both subject to the kiss on sight and curse on sight order effective at the time of printing. I have instructed Pius Thickness, the new head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, to personally bring them in, and all of his other wretches to face justice.
What will become of the fallen hero? Will the once-revered Boy-Who-Lived face the justice he so richly deserves? Or has he already fled the country?

New Taxes and Tuition Rates
Minister Fudge announced that all muggle-born business in Magical Britain will have their tax rate increase from 5% to 25%. Businesses with multiple partners or owners will be taxed at the new rate if any are muggle-born.
On a related note, tuition at Hogwarts for muggleborns will triple starting the term in September. Students with a muggle-born grandparent will be charged double the normal rate. The same rate will apply to anyone who is a child or grandchild of a half-blood. This rate was approved by the school board.

Harry's escape was pretty anticlimactic. After they left their boarding, they went to get breakfast. While walking past the harbor; they saw an Auror who was fixated on the boats that were docked there. Not two bundled-up teens dressed as muggles with backpacks and caps. It wasn't long before they were at the water's edge. The Auror couldn't see them due to the lifeboat shed. Luna took an inflatable raft from her backpack and using magic inflated it. They quickly got aboard and disillusioned themselves and the dingy. Sticking the tip of their wands into the water so they could use the aguamenti charm for propulsion. Within ten minutes they were out of the bay and into the North Sea.
Using muggle GPS, they found the freighter with ease. It was a nice handy-size bulk cargo ship; so, it was easy to see once close despite the fog. Once onboard it started to head north. The lookouts noticed that Harry's flight for freedom did not trip any alarms. They could not believe how stupid the British magical authorities were.

Harry had to laugh. He saw Hermione looking very uncomfortable on a broom sandwiched between Daphne and Susan. They were flanking her on their brooms. Harry had to coax her to drop the meter from the broom to the raft. He was glad that they were cheap brooms because once the girls were in the raft, he applied fiendfyre to each of them. That was the signal that they were returning to the freighter.
By mid-morning, they were free of Magical Britain. Nothing they did set off any alarms.

Wizengamot Votes out Houses
In a surprising vote, both the light and dark factions joined together to eliminate houses from the Wizengamot. With their lords and ladies of the affected houses absent; the action was carried. During the vote, the new chief warlock refused to allow any houses to use proxies.
The houses that no longer have seats include, House Potter, Abbott, Black, Bones, Greengrass, Longbottom, Malfoy, and Peverell. They expect to eliminate more of the neutral faction houses soon.

New Teacher Standards at Hogwarts
The Wizengamot has voted to forbid any person who is a half-breed, muggleborn, tainted with lycanthrope, or an actual magical creature from teaching at Hogwarts.
In a statement from the ministry, this act will strengthen the education of the students and thereby the greater Magical Britain. They did not comment on how this violates ICW education rules.
We did not reach out to the ICW for comment.

Filius Flitwick was pissed. He loved teaching at Hogwarts. Now he was leaving England for MACUSA to teach in America.

Many Businesses in Hogsmeade, Diagon, and Knockturn Alley close.
With the start of the new taxes; many businesses in the three shopping areas close.
What is surprising, is that businesses that are not owned by muggle born {They are not subject to the new taxes} are also closing.
These include Borgin and Burkes, Florean Fortescue's Ice-Cream Parlour, Flourish and Blotts, Zonkos, and Honeydukes.
The merchant association and the ministry reassure us that the loss of these shops will not decrease your shopping experience either in the alleys or at Hogsmeade.
There is no new business currently in either shopping area.

Hogwarts asks the Ministry for Help with funding.
It has come to the attention of the Prophet that Hogwarts is in a financial bind.
Originally; for the upcoming school term, the institution expected to have galleons to spare with the rise of tuition of the muggleborns.
This is not the case. The Prophet was notified by a reliable source from inside the castle: only five muggleborns are expected to attend the next school term.
Those muggleborns are all in the NEWT year.
All other muggleborn has left for other schools, as allowed by the ICW.
There is no first-year muggleborn starting.
Hogwarts is having to rebalance its budget.
It has to plan for no muggleborns in any future class.
Along with the flight of the muggle-born; it was noted that over twenty percent of the other students have either been dis-enrolled to transferred to other magical schools or will not be showing up to Hogwarts for their first year.
Those that are not muggleborn or holding three or more owls; are violating the law. The ICW has not allowed magical Britain to extradite any of the students. They claim our laws are Inhumane, Barbaric, and Medieval.
In a statement from Headmaster Dumbledore; while it is sad about the loss of muggleborn, he would personally owl all none muggleborn and request they return to Hogwarts.
We at the Prophet are hopeful for his success.

Misdeeds by the Hogwarts Headmaster –Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore
It has come to the attention of the World Magical News that Hogwarts's Headmaster Albus Dumbledore is again violating the law according to the ICW DMLE.
Just like when, during the latest Tri-Wizard Tournament, where Dumbledore had four children used as hostages without the consent of the children or their parents; Dumbledore again wants to place children in danger.
It is not just the headmaster that makes Hogwarts unsafe for students. Last year, the DADA teacher was proven guilty of using blood quills to discipline the students. During the Tri-Wizard Tournament, two aforementioned children were kidnapped and used as hostages during the second task where they died. Finally, one student was entered the tournament against his will. That same student was kidnapped at the end of the third task.
Worse, in prior years, Hogwarts' students have been attacked by dementors and a thousand-year-old basilisk. Only luck and the fact that Harry Potter was a student at the school prevented mass carnage. The school will no longer have its savior. Harry Potter is no longer a student there.
Parents of Ex-Hogwarts students are in danger.
We have to warn all parents, which had students attend Hogwarts and removed those said students to send them to some other magical school.
The headmaster sent out owl messages to make the parents change their minds. These missives are laced with an obedience potion and have compulsion charms on them. That combination intends to force the parents to send their children back to Hogwarts.

Beauxbâtons New Celebrity!
In the next school term, Mister Harry James Potter will be a sixth-year student at the Académie de Magie Beauxbâtons.
This news comes with a downside. Beauxbâtons has increased its security due to the threat of Dumbledore.
It is also not unnoticed that Dumbledore has been only trying to reclaim some of the young magicals that transferred along with the famous boy.

Misdeeds by the Hogwarts Headmaster Part II
Albus Dumbledore, headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry has refused to talk with ICW Aurors.
In a statement from the ICW DMLE; Dumbledore said that the ICW does not have any authority to question him on any matter and for the Greater Good {whatever that is}; they should hand Harry Potter and his spouses over to him. Not to the British Ministry of Magic who has warrants out for Mister Potter and his wives and consorts currently.
Dumbledore continues to refuse to turn himself over to ICW for the kidnapping charges of Astoria Greengrass and Gabrielle Delacour during the second task of the Tri-Wizard Tournament. A tournament, that said the headmaster had been instrumental in re-starting. One week after the tournament, the ICW started an inquiry about the children's participation in the task. They were partially blocked by Dumbledore.
Once the ICW removed Albus Dumbledore from the Supreme Mugwump position; it did not take the ICW DMLE long to restart the formal inquiry. That inquiry resulted in the arrest warrant for Dumbledore. The British Ministry of Magic has refused to accept that warrant; giving Dumbledore sanctuary on the island.
It is amusing that the British hold a double standard on justice. The ICW said that the British could interview Harry Potter if he shows up in ICW territory.

It has come to the attention of the Prophet that all foreign investment into Magical Britain has come to a halt. Furthermore, foreign firms are leaving and taking all their resources with them. They are doing this even in cases where said exodus results in net losses to the firm.

Bounty on the Boy-Who-Lived
Minister Fudge has placed a bounty of not less than ten thousand galleons on any person or party that provides information that leads to the capture of Harry Potter. Mister Potter has not been seen since the duel with Dolores Umbridge at the ministry.
