Two months had passed since the Konoha Destruction Plan incident.
With the end of the Great Ninja War, and after the nine tails invasion and the Uchiha clan massacre, Konoha had once again been wounded and was now in the phase of reconstruction and recovery.
Afterwards, Sand immediately announced to the outside world that this attack was entirely orchestrated by Orochimaru and declared a full surrender to Konoha. Konoha accepted Sand's surrender, as in this special period, the most important thing for Konoha was to quickly recover from the war's depletion and regain its strength.

From the moment they entered the village, these unexpected guests caught the attention and vigilance of Konoha's elite Jonin: Kakashi, Kurenai, and Asuma.
