This story is impossible to read even though the idea is cool. The grammar is atrocious and the sentences do not make sense. Also he uses the wrong names for the main character. Would have read it if it made sense.
You guys should ban people who didn't unlock even 20% of the book from reviewing books they didn't even read. This book's rating being 2 stars is disgustingly low for the quality of the book.
The story was good in the earlier chapters but went extremely downhill after 400 chapters. Most of the chapters are filled with useless filler sentences to fill up the word count requirement. Honestly, that is very frustrating. The story has become dull and boring. There is no excitement anymore. I can't believe I have spent so much money on this.
Putting aside the paywall at chapter 15 (and the fact that Webnovel charges money for MTL) the story was ok up until chapter 64. If anything, the constant switching of the MC's name was annoying, but everything else was good. But starting at ch. 64, idk if the author had a stroke or something, the story became completely random and disjointed. The MC suddenly gains new talents and abilities out of nowhere, and the author completely abandons the previously set up plot to insert the MC in another continent randomly. Not sure what the author was thinking, but ch. 64 and the few chapters afterwards completely killed my interest in this novel.
complete trash if we start from the unusually calling of a person's entire name to changing the name entirely from the main character to the father. overly explaining s*** that is absolutely useless information it takes half a chapter to explain what a room looks like or what a person looks like absolutely useless information in abundance it's frustrating to say the least..just overall bad book
Potential Story. Too slow pace. A big no of this kind of slow pace but start locking at chapter 15. Great potential for skip reading, just read the chapter and you may easily decide to skip the chapter or not.
trying to easter chinese when the setting is westernize make reading feels awful. progression and the way the character talks feel off. enjoyed it till chapter 4, tried to read further but it just keep getting worse only reach chapter 6. trying to insert eastern culture to western ones really doesn't fit it just makes things worse and I'm asian.
MC has no brain, MC cannot think logically, MC acts with his emotions. The novel is an MTL novel. MC is a hypocrite. The brains of the people around MC do not work. It has everything you would expect from an MTL novel. If MC did not have a trick, he would not have survived in that world even for 1 year. MC He plays the hero, MC plays the good person.
I hate that it’s locked so early, like every one else. But I enjoy the story a lot, very similar to one of my fav LN of all the (Warlock of the magus world).
ok now i was reading this during the one day free period so i have not paid but for those who think early lock like 15 free chapters and have to pay next i now agree with the author cause the story got interesting early on totally worth reading up to 150 but then it gets downhill the interest diminished for me like it was not exciting anymore too many Stories like i cannot feel any difference repeated stories in terms of upgrading to achieve immortality
At chapter 30 and the schizophrenic author still cannot decide on the name of his MC always fluctuating between Milton and Vernon. Please learn how to be decisive and stick to one name …………………………………………………………………………….
it's locked too early chapter 15.MC has a simulator but he always is being surprised.the main point of simulation is to know everything before it happens.just some lame stories it's not worth to pay for it.
The story started really good till my guy reached realm 3 and above, everytime nerfing the system and chapter reading becoming more and more tedious as the content becoming more of fillers and walls of text that hold no value, The main attraction to me, which the system, is being described by the main character as useless, cus it became “less” strong, I am up to date with latest chapter, and can confidently say, the author don’t know where to go with the story, he just introducing new irrelevent terms every 20 chapter, There is no end goal, nothing, it gotten very monotonous for me, I am sadden by this fact as I am considering dropping this novel that I deeply loved in its inital and middle development I will give it 10 more chapter, if the mc does not stop messing around and wasting time or at least when the author stop wasting our time and just man up and do a time jump… I am dropping it Tl;dr: system get nerfed to infuriating levels continuously, I don’t recommend reading this novel!

he has a cheat that removes grinding in his power leveling. he also gets hints on what to do next. i hate that he has two names. his past life name and current. why don't the author just use the current name

I'm not even going to bother reading this because of the horrible greed for just 15 chapters before having to pay.
I feel like this author's writing style is excellent. He just made some really bad decisions on originality. Other readers may not notice as long as they have not read the stories that influenced this story. It has not been copy pasted but it's not far from it in many places.
15 chapters are to few, if you read only the free chapter you can think the novel is called the knight pasth from the simulator
Thank you very much for this masterpiece. The novel is still in progress, and I know that some people may not like this genre, but I guarantee that it is one of the best novels I have read so far. And I stopped counting when I passed 500 finished novels. The story develops well, the main character is not boring like others in novels of the same genre could be. No, here, the main character is interesting, but that's nothing compared to the strength of this novel, its background world. We have something to marvel at. Honestly, I can compare this novel to Warlock of the Magus World.
Those who say this book is good and give it 5 stars are talking nonsense!! This is just another low-IQ novel. The characters aside from the MC don't show any intelligence at all. Take the criminal organization at the beginning of the novel for example. They want to find an object in the MC's family, but instead of targeting his parents who are the head of the family or disguising themselves as workers in his family to investigate his family's treasury, these criminals are busy trying to kill the MC for no rational reason, even though the MC is only the second child who cannot inherit his father's noble title.
So my issue is that all world ending problems keep getting pushed closer to MCs current time. For example he will simulate and find out that the world is going to be destroyed by another planet, but that it will happen 15-20k years later. Next time he does the simulation, which only takes him a year to do now the event is only 8k years away. The author keeps doing that and gets annoying since nothing really changes in mcs time line. I don’t think it will be explained why it even happens.

This is something that could have been very good, but after 30 chapters shows itself to be a bit flat and superficial. MC starts as a noble, has 1 opportunity to simulate per month and has atrocious talent for both wizard and knight path. 1- MC is a bit of a "do it first and then think" kind of guy, which leads him to a family destroying crisis even before the paywall becomes a thing (quite the achievement i have to say) He always overlooks simple and direct correlations/inferences one could make, is by no stretch of imagination a cunning or quick thinking fellow. 2- Events and simulator seem kinda forced into a dealt scenario for no reason, even there is a moment where MC questions the existence of wizards in the kingdom after he was killed by one in the first place, after that is that MC just casually does huge decisions without a freaking thought of using his simulator to explore his options (joining the arena, taking over businesses, taking items which have a lot of danger behind them) and worst is his family does just as bad decisions all the time in a casual manner, with such outstanding judgement the real miracle is how they reached adulthood without dying in a ditch. 3-In the summary of the book it says that it doesn't weaken or limit the MC, but his IQ being offline is worse than many other kinda of nerfing, because it makes me feel like the MC simple doesn't deserve to have a system in the first place.
