Capítulo 147: My Cousin

Gasps rippled through the air as Yi Chuhua barrelled out of the restaurant. The lady's jaw fell open watching the orange liquid dripping down Jia Yuchen's face and onto his crisp white shirt.

"I'm... I'm so sorry," the lady apologised as she picked up a paper towel and dapped his face. "This is my fault."

"It's fine," Jia Yuchen said as he took another paper napkin and wiped down his shirt.

"Are you okay?" She asked, worry painting her face.

"I'm fine," he assured her. "I'll give you a call later. I need to go."

Saying that, Jia Yuchen dropped a couple of notes on the table and rushed out of the restaurant. He made a silly mistake and he wasn't going to let the woman he loved brood over it and feel hurt.

Unfortunately for him, by the time he came out of the restaurant, Yi Chuhua was nowhere to be found. His eyes scanned the street, trying to spot her amongst the crowd.
