“Are you sure that’s what you really want?” I asked Leo as I looked at her with a twinkle in my eyes.
As I looked at the dark circles on his face, I wondered how big they would be once reality sank in.
Don’t blame me for sounding a bit sarcastic, but it couldn’t be helped. There is this proverb which literally tells or warns people to not look for what doesn’t need to be necessarily looked for.
Whatever you search or look for, you always find it and since it’s like that, especially for sad things, wouldn’t it be wise to not just look for it?
Unfortunately for my son here, he was doing exactly that. Honestly, I never thought that the truth would come out in such a manner, but it seemed that the heavens weren’t allowing that to happen.
