55% Jessie’s Pokémon Journey (AU) / Chapter 44: Porygon a Roll!

Capítulo 44: Porygon a Roll!

The episode starts with what looks like a Pokémon lab, where we see a person dressed up as a programmer who seems to be typing into his computer and looking like he's programming something.

"Almost done… almost done, you better work after this." The programmer looks determined to get his project done.

On the programmer's computer, there seems to be some code. The project is close to nearing completion.

"Okay, just need to add hexagons for its eyes…" the programmer said to himself. He continues typing in his computer, codes a hexagon, and adds it onto his project's upper face as an eye. "Perfect! Now the other eye!" The programmer types in his computer once more. Codes another hexagon eye and places it on the other side of his project's face. The programmer realizes that he is done. "I-I'm finished! It's complete! The next powerful Pokémon has been officially coded!" The programmer jumps to celebrate. "Yes!" Then he goes back to typing on his computer. "Now I just need to bring you here and…" The programmer taps one key on the keyboard.

The lab's transporter next to and hooked up to the programmer's computer begins to glow white. The programmer shields his eyes from the glow as the project begins to slowly appear. The glow slowly disappears and reveals the project that the researcher was working on. It has a pink, polyhedral head that ends in a blue beak and has hexagonal eyes, and it has a pink polyhedral body with a blue front, blue triangular prism feet, and a blue rectangular prism tail.

"Pory…gon?" The project cries out in confusion and looks around.

The researcher unshields his eyes to look at the creation that he programmed into reality. "Yes… Porygon, you are my creation, I am your creator. I have programmed you into this world and that is to become the most powerful Pokémon in the entire world."

Porygon looks at its creator. "Porygon!"

"Now, I need to hack into the Pokédex and add you as an official Pokémon." The researcher starts typing into his computer and begins hacking into the Pokédex and successfully does so. "I'm in! Bingo!" The researcher looks at his programmed Pokémon and starts to think. "What fake description can I give you, Porygon?"

Porygon looks weirdly at its creator. "Porygon?"

The programmer snaps his fingers. "I got it!" Then he proceeds to type some false information about Porygon in the Pokédex encyclopedia. "Porygon, the Shape Pokémon. A flying type. The reason why this Pokémon is so shape-like is that it was once a rocking horse that came alive. And done!"

"Porygon!" Porygon cheers up happily.

"Now let's go and show how strong you really are, my creation, Porygon. Are you ready?" The programmer asked.

The Porygon looks at its creator and nods. "Porygon!"

The programmer smiles in glee. "Great!"

The title screen shows.

"Porygon a Roll!"

"Our heroes have made it back to Fuschia City as they are getting closer and closer to Cinnabar Island, their actual destination!"

"And…" Jessie takes one step passing the Fuschia City welcoming sign. "I am back in Fuschia City!" Her friends soon enter the city as well.

Domino rolls her eyes. "Wow, you just might win a prize!" She sarcastically says.

"If it's a cookie, can you share it with me, Jess?" James asked.

"I have no time for cookies, let's just get back on the trail so that we can reach Cinnabar Island." Jessie was about to walk off until she was stopped by Meowth.

"Jessie, I have been walking for days to try to reach this dumb city and I am tired as hell! Can we head to a Pokémon Center first?" Meowth asked.

"But… Cinnabar Island!" Jessie pouted.

"Actually, I agree with Meowth. Before we go back to walking, we should head to the Pokémon Center for a quick rest." Domino suggested.

"Come on Jess, we have to rest at some points," James says.

Jessie takes a big sigh before agreeing. "Fine. Let's go to the Pokémon Center."

It cuts to the gang arriving inside the Fuschia City Pokémon Center where they were welcomed by Nurse Joy behind the counter.

"Welcome to the Pokémon Center!" Nurse Joy greeted the gang.

"Hi, Nurse Joy!" The gang greeted her with smiles on their faces.

However, Domino's mood changes once she notices some missing Pokémon posters behind Nurse Joy. "Hey guys, check this out." She pointed out.

Jessie, James, and Meowth both look where Domino is pointing and they notice the missing Pokémon posters.

"Missing Pokémon?" Jessie questioned.

James nods. "And a lot indeed."

Nurse Joy's happy expression goes to a sad as she nods. "Yes. A lot of Pokémon have gone missing recently."

The gang walks up to the missing Pokémon posters to get a closer look at them.

James starts naming the missing Pokémon as it points at every missing poster that James names. "Hmm… Raichu, Magnemite, Magneton, Voltorb, Electrode, and Jolteon."

Domino noticed something similar about the posters. "Wait a minute, aren't all of those Pokémon electric types, Nurse Joy?"

Nurse Joy nods. "Yes. In the past week, six electric type Pokémon left and went missing from their trainers when they were traveling by either boat or their water Pokémon to Cinnabar Island."

"Wait, by boat or their water Pokémon?" Jessie questioned.

"Well yeah. Cinnabar Island is surrounded by water after all, you need at least a boat or a Pokémon that you can travel on water with to reach there." Nurse Joy answered.

Jessie falls in disbelief. "Are you kidding me?!"

Domino looks down at Jessie with an annoyed expression. "It's called Cinnabar 'Island' for a reason, Jessie."

Jessie quickly gets up. "Do any three of us have any Pokémon that we can travel on water?"

"Well, Goldeen can't even carry me on the water and I believe Starmie can only carry one person," Domino replied.

"And Slowbro can only carry one person to swim on the water." James also replied.

Jessie then thinks to herself. "And I'm pretty sure Wartortle can't carry anyone."

Domino gets an idea. "Oh! Jessie, why don't we use your Gyarados to carry us to Cinnabar Island!"

Meowth shivers. "Gyarados are extremely scary!"

Domino rolls her eyes. "Quick being a 'scaredy cat'" She starts chuckling at her pun.

Meowth flares at Domino, not finding the pun funny and then proceeds to scratch Domino right across the face.

"OW!" Domino screamed out, held her face in pain, and was about to lash out at Meowth before Jessie and James stopped her by helping her back.

"We are in a Pokémon Center, Domino. This isn't the best time to get mad." James turned to Meowth. "And you Meowth, stop scratching our friends!"

"Yeah! Don't make me declaw you!" Jessie threatened.

Meowth crosses his arms, rolls his eyes, and looks away. "Yeah, whatever."

Domino frustratedly grits her teeth before calming down. "Anyways, are we using Gyarados, Jessie?"

Jessie nods. "Right. Just let me call Professor Oak so a switch can happen."

It cuts to the gang in front of a phone, Jessie picking up the Pokémon Center's payphone, next to the transporter, and starts dialing Professor Oak's number. Once a few rings pass, Professor Oak picks up, appearing on the screen.

"Oh, hi Jessie! It's nice to see you again!" Professor Oak says with a smile and wave.

"Hey, Professor!" Jessie waves back at him. "I would like to switch one of my Pokémon please."

However, Professor Oak wasn't looking at Jessie, more than anything, he was thinking about something. "Hmm…"

"Professor?" Jessie asked, a little confused.

Professor Oak continues thinking about something, not paying attention to Jessie at all. "How…?"

Jessie looked at her friends, who all shrugged in response before she finally raised her voice. "PROFESSOR!"

That immediately snapped Professor Oak back to reality. "AH!" The professor starts scrambling around in panic before finally responding to Jessie. "Sorry Jessie, it's just… something has been on my mind recently."

"What's up, Professor? Do you want to talk about it?" Jessie asked.

"Well… last night, someone managed to hack into the Pokédex" Professor Oak admitted.

The gang all immediately gasped in shock at what Professor Oak just said. "SOMEONE HACKED IN THE POKÉDEX?!"

Professor Oak sadly nods. "Yeah… I thought that the password was very secure. I immediately changed it after it was hacked, this time with a very secure password."

"Um professor, sir. What could be bad about someone hacking into the Pokédex?" Jessie curiously asked.

Professor Oak begins answering Jessie's question. "Well, if someone hacked into the Pokédex they could change all of the entries for each Pokémon to false information, add Pokémon that doesn't exist, or delete information on existing Pokémon. They could even delete the entire Pokédex in whole."

The gang's eyes widened in shock after Professor Oak just explained to them.

"That's… bad," Domino said with an awkward pause.

"Luckily, the Pokédex hacker didn't even delete or change any information in the Pokédex, so I guess we all got lucked out for now, but I'm making sure the Pokédexes are more secure." Professor Oak said as he began typing on his computer next to his phone before he realized something. "Oh yes, what were you telling me before, Jessie?"

"Oh yes, I would like to-"

Before Jessie could finish her sentence, a Pokémon trainer burst into the Pokémon Center with a fainted Paras in their hands and walked up to Nurse Joy.

"Nurse Joy, can you heal my Paras, please? Man, I really wanted that free boat trip to Cinnabar Island." The trainer sighs in disappointment.

Nurse Joy smiles and accepts the trainer's Paras. "Sure thing! I'll heal your Paras in no time!" The nurse heads to the back.

Jessie immediately perks up from interest from hearing about a free boat trip to Cinnabar Island from the trainer before turning back to Professor Oak. "I would like to wish you to keep up the great work of being a great Pokémon Professor! Okay, bye!" She immediately hangs up.

"Jessie, I thought you called Professor Oak to switch one of your Pokémon for your Gyarados?" Domino expresses confusion.

"I heard about that trainer talking about a free boat trip to Cinnabar Island." Jessie gets up and starts walking towards the trainer.

James, Domino, and Meowth all look at each other before approaching the trainer as well.

"Hello, you were talking about a free boat trip to Cinnabar Island, correct?" Jessie asked the trainer, curiously.

"Oh right." The Pokémon trainer starts explaining. "There's a Pokémon Researcher in the city offering any Pokémon trainer to battle them. If they win, the researcher said they will give the victor and their friends a free trip to Cinnabar Island on their boat."

"Traveling to Cinnabar Island by boat? That's better than traveling by a Pokémon!" James says with a smile.

"And it's free too!" Meowth added with a grin of his own.

"But… the researcher is tough to beat, just look what happened to my Paras. I tried to beat them, but I failed." The trainer looks down. "No Pokémon trainer hasn't beaten that researcher yet and I don't think anyone will with that Pokémon they're using."

The gang all look at each other, confused before looking back at the Pokémon trainer.

"What Pokémon?" Domino asked.

"This Pokémon the researcher is using is a Pokémon I have never seen before ever in my life from the years of being a Pokémon trainer and I'm pretty sure the audience surrounding never heard of it too until now." The Pokémon trainer responded.

Jessie's eyes widened. "A Pokémon that no one has ever seen before until now?"

The Pokémon trainer nods in response to Jessie's question. "He calls it 'Porygon' and I'm not lying when I say that is one tough Pokémon to beat."

Nurse Joy returns with the trainer's Paras all healed up. "Thank you for waiting, your Paras is all healed up and ready to go!"

"Paras!" The Pokémon cries out in happiness before hopping onto its trainer's shoulder.

The Pokémon trainer smiles at their Paras before bowing to Nurse Joy as a thank you before leaving the Pokémon Center.

It cuts to outside of the Pokémon Center where three people are seen sitting on a bench and reading the newspaper then the doors of the Center open as the gang is seen leaving the Pokémon Center.

Jessie starts thinking. "A Pokémon that no one hasn't seen, huh?"

"That does spark my interest a lot," Domino admitted.

"Maybe we should check it out," James suggested.

Jessie clutches her fist in excitement. "I only want to beat this researcher's Pokémon so that I win a free boat trip to Cinnabar Island!"

"You better not let me down, Jess!" Meowth says.

"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Domino says before she and the rest of her friends start walking to find this researcher.

However, focusing on the three people reading the newspaper on the bench near the Pokémon Center, it's revealed that it was the Team Rocket trio that was hiding their faces with newspapers as they lowered them.

"A Pokémon that was never seen? Wow, great news for us!" Cassidy says, revealing that she and her partners-in-crime were eavesdropping on the gang's conversation.

Butch grins. "Just perfect for stealing. Wouldn't you say, Mondo?"

Mondo nods to Butch in response. "Just imagine giving the boss a Pokémon that has never been seen before until now!"

"Then let's also check it out for ourselves!" Cassidy demanded.

"Right!" Both Butch and Mondo agreed as the Team Rocket trio began going in the direction where the gang went.

It cuts to Jessie and her friends walking on the streets of Fuchsia City as they spot a crowd in the city from a mile away.

"Could this be where that researcher is having their battles?" Jessie questioned.

"Let's check it out and see for ourselves," Domino suggested.

"Might as well, it could be some people just street performing," James says.

"I will happily give them zero coins for wasting my time then!" Meowth added.

The gang gets closer to the crowd of people as soon as they enter the crowd, there is a Pokémon battle currently happening. It was the same programmer person from earlier battling a Pokémon trainer with brown hair, a black t-shirt, and black pants too.

"Hypno, use Hypnosis!" The brown-haired trainer commanded.

"Porgyon, use Ice Beam before that Hypno puts you to sleep!" The researcher quickly countered.

Porygon fires water right at Hypno before the Pokémon can even swing its pendulum. Once the water makes contact with Hypno, it freezes into ice as Hypno takes damage and is now frozen.

"Oh no! My Hypno is frozen!" The browned-haired trainer called out.

Meanwhile, Jessie and her friends are watching the battle in the crowd of people and they immediately have their eyes on the Porygon as they are amazed.

"What Pokémon is that?!" Domino says, astonished.

"I'm going to be honest, I have never seen this Pokémon ever in my life until now," James admitted.

"Let's see if Dexter can even identify it." Jessie pulls out her Pokédex and aims it at the Porygon.

Dexter starts giving Jessie the same false information that the researcher programmed into. "Porygon, the Shape Pokémon. A flying type. The reason why this Pokémon is so shape-like is that it was once a rocking horse that came alive."

"That thing is a flying type?!" Domino said, even more astonished than earlier.

James places his fingers under his chin and thinks. "Well, it is floating after all. That could be the case."

It cuts to Team Rocket, now in disguise, also watching the Pokémon battle in the crowd.

"We have to be the ones to beat that Porygon," Cassidy says as her partners-in-crime look at her strangely.

"Why? We want the Porygon, not the free boat ride to Cinnabar Island." Butch responds in confusion.

Cassidy starts explaining her plan. "Think about it this way. We win the free boat ride to Cinnabar Island and once the coast is clear between us and that guy with his Porygon, we snatch it and quickly escape. No one won't even stop us because we will be alone with that very rare unknown Porygon!"

"You know what, that's a great idea, Cass!" Mondo complimented. "And I'm not being sarcastic this time."

Butch crosses his arms. "Fine, I'll admit that it is a good plan, let's hope we somehow don't screw it up this time."

It cuts back to the Pokémon battle between the programmer and the brown-haired trainer with Hypno being frozen by Porygon's Ice Beam.

"Now Porygon, use Hyper Beam!" The programmer commanded.

"Porygon!" Porygon fires a powerful beam right at Hypno, hitting the Pokémon and completely fainting the brown-haired trainer's Hypno.

"Hypno, no!" The brown-haired trainer exclaimed.

The person being the referee of the match declares the match. "Hypno is unable to battle, Porygon is the winner!"

The brown-haired trainer recalls their Hypno before looking at the researcher. "That Pokémon is so strong!" Then they run out of here.

The programmer looks around at the crowd surrounding him with a grin. "My ninety-eighth win for Porygon! Who else dares to go up against my undefeated Porygon!"

The crowd all look at each other and start discussing each other as it cuts to the gang.

"I got to go next," Jessie stated.

"Are you sure?" Domino asked with a raised eyebrow. "That Porygon looks strong, can't we just go back to the Pokémon Center and have you just switch with Gyarados?"

"Domino, when life allows you to win a free boat trip to your destination, you don't pass up the opportunity!" Jessie says.

"She's got a point, I'm not gonna lie," Meowth says with a nod.

James starts hyping up her friend. "We will be cheering for you, Jess!"

Jessie nods in response to James. She was about to step up to the plate but a disguised Team Rocket shoved her aside.

"Move over twe- girl." Cassidy immediately corrected herself to not blow their cover. "We will be the next ones to challenge that Porygon!"

"Yeah! So beat it!" Butch added.

Jessie grits her teeth before going back to her friends, frustrated. "What jerks!"

Team Rocket in disguise comes face to face in the made-up battlefield between them and the programmer and his Polygon.

Cassidy looks at the programmer with a smirk on her face. "If your Porygon is really strong, then you shouldn't have any problem facing all three of us in a three against one Pokémon battle!"

The crowd surrounding them all gasped in response to the suggestion and began talking to each other.

"Come on, nerd. Are you scared?" Butch laughed.

"I think he might be!" Mondo laughs with Butch.

The programmer growls in anger before responding. "Fine! I accept your challenge!"

Cassidy is still grinning. "Good!"

Disguised Team Rocket all pull out a Poké Ball before sending out their Pokémon into battle. "Raticate, go!" "Primeape, go!" "Marowak, go!"

All of Team Rocket's Pokémon materializes into battle. "Raticate!" "Primeape!" "Marowak!"

The programmer looks at his Polygon. "Ready, Polygon?"

Polygon looks back at its creator and nods. "Polygon!" It soon floats into battle.

Disguised Team Rocket starts with the battle with their first move. "Raticate, Hyper Fang!" "Primeape, use Low Kick!" "Marowak, swing your bone with a Bonemerang!"

Raticate dashes at Porygon, trying to bite the Pokémon but Porygon floats out of the way, then Primeape tries to kick it, but Porygon dodges the move too, but Marowak flings its bone right at Porygon and it does hit the Pokémon right in its face.

"Porygon!" It cries out from getting hit.

The programmer was worried. "Porygon, are you okay?!"

Porygon looks back at its creator and nods.

Meanwhile, the gang witnessed Porygon getting hit by Marowak's Bonemerang.

"Wait a minute." James turns to Jessie. "Jessie, didn't your Pokédex say Porygon was a flying type?"

Jessie nods in response. "Yes, I think it did."

"Then, isn't Bonemerang a ground-type move? Shouldn't flying types resist ground-type moves?" James pointed out.

"Hey… you're right, James!" Domino says.

"But no way a Pokédex will give out false information like that," Meowth says.

Jessie then realizes what Professor Oak said to her earlier and then glares at the programmer. "Unless someone hacks into it."

It cuts back to the battle between the Programmer and the disguised Team Rocket.

"Alright Porygon, use Tri Attack!" The programmer commanded.

"Porygon!" Porygon blasts three orbs in a triangular motion, a yellow orb, an orange orb, and a blue orb right at Team Rocket's Pokémon.

Raticate gets hit by the yellow orb, Primeape gets hit by the orange orb, and Marowak gets hit by the blue orb. All three Pokémon cried out in pain before fainting in battle to disguise Team Rocket's shock.

The person being the referee declares the match. "Raticate, Primeape, and Marowak all three are unable to battle, therefore Porygon is the winner!"

Disguised Team Rocket immediately recalled their Pokémon and ran away from the crowd. "WE'RE RUNNING OFF AGAIN!" The trio runs out of view.

Jessie and her friends looked at the trio that ran away. "Was that-"

Jessie was interrupted by the programmer. "And that's my ninety-ninth win! I'm having one more Pokémon battle! Who wants to be the one-hundredth victim?"

"Alright Jessie, you're up!" Domino says.

"Good luck, Jess!" James gives her a thumbs up.

"Thanks, guys!" Jessie goes in front of everyone to confront the programmer. "I'll challenge you!"

"Oh good, please tell everyone your name so you can be known as my one-hundredth victim!" The programmer said with a smile.

"My name's Jessie, now tell me what your name is so everyone can know who hacked into the Pokédex!" Jessie fired back.

The programmer's smile goes to shock as the crowd around the two starts whispering to each other. The programmer does introduce himself. "I'm Martin and I have no idea what you're talking about!"

Jessie growls and starts speaking in her mind. "I guess I have to beat him in a Pokémon battle to confess!" She then pulls out a Safari Ball from her purse. "Scyther, I choose you!" Jessie sends Scyther into battle.

Scyther materializes "Scyther!"

Martin looks at his Porygon. "Alright Porygon, go!"

"Porygon!" Porygon floats into the battlefield.

Jessie starts off the battle with the first move. "Scyther, start this off with a Slash!"

"Scyther!" Scyther dashes at Porygon and slashes the Pokémon with its claws.

"Porygon!" Porygon cries out from taking damage.

"Ah! Porygon, use Ice Beam!" Martin commanded.

"Fly up in the air and use Double Team!" Jessie quickly countered.

Scyther quickly flies up into the air and creates illusions of itself as Porygon fires water right at one of the Scyther, but hits an illusion.

Jessie immediately commands the next move. "Now Wing Attack, Scyther!"

Martin quickly counters with his move. "Use Agility to dodge it!"

All of the illusion Scyther disappears when the real Scyther dashes at Porygon trying to attack it with its wing, but Porygon just dodges out of the way by floating with a bunch of speed.

"Now Ice Beam!"

"Porygon!" Porygon fires water at the flying Scyther and the move hits one of Scyther's wings as it freezes it.

"Scyther?!" Scyther cries out in shock from its frozen wing, and then it falls and hits the ground hard.

"Oh no, Scyther!" Jessie exclaimed.

"Now Hyper Beam, Porygon!" Martin quickly commanded.

Porygon fires a powerful beam right at Scyther. Scyther slowly gets up, only to get hit by Porygon's Hyper Beam, instantly knocking the Pokémon out of the battle.

"Scyther!" Jessie immediately runs towards her Scyther.

James' eyes widened. "That's one powerful Hyper Beam…"

Domino nods in agreement. "Tell me about it…"

"I would not want to be hit by that thing…" Meowth added.

The person being the referee declares the match. "Scyther is unable to battle, Porygon is the winner!"

Scyther slowly looks at its trainer. "Scyther…"

Jessie smiles back at her Pokémon. "You did great, Scyther. You deserve a nice rest." She recalls Scyther back in its Safari Ball.

Time skips to the gang at the Pokémon Center as Nurse Joy hands Jessie Scyther's Safari Ball. "Your Scyther is all healed up, Jessie!"

Jessie accepts Scyther's Safari Ball. "Thank you, Nurse Joy."

Nurse Joy smiles and goes back behind the counter. The gang starts discussing the programmer, Martin.

Jessie sighs. "I know that Martin is the one who hacked into the Pokédex last night. I just wished I could get him to admit it by beating him."

"Why don't you ask him for a rematch then?" Domino suggested.

"I would, but he did say that one-hundredth win was his last battle with that Porygon," Jessie responded with a frown.

James shrugs. "Just beg for one more rematch and this time, focus on winning!"

Meowth also starts encouraging Jessie. "Yeah! Use a different Pokémon this time and beat that hacker!"

Jessie looks up, feeling confident as she stands up. "Right! Come on, let's go!"

It cuts to the gang walking on the streets of Fuchsia City once more as they arrive where the crowd was last time, but it's gone.

"The crowd is gone!" Domino pointed out.

"And I don't see Martin anywhere," James added, looking around.

Jessie spots a person and walks up to them. "Hey, do you know where that person with the undefeated Porygon went?"

"Oh. I think he went to Route 19, saying that he's going back home to Cinnabar Island after he proved that his Porygon is undefeated." The person answered.

"Come on! We have to get there before he leaves!" Jessie ordered.

Jessie's friends nod in response as they sprint off to Route 19. It does cut to the beach of Route 19. Martin, with his Porygon, gets his boat ready to set sail to Cinnabar Island.

"Alright, the boat is all ready. Ready to go, Porygon?" Martin asked his Pokémon.

Porygon cries out in happiness and nods. "Porygon!"

Disguised Team Rocket approaches Martin with an evil grin on their faces.

"Excuse me, sir, can we have a few minutes of your time?" Cassidy asked.

"Huh?" Martin looks and sees the trio and recognizes the disguised people from their battle. "Oh, you three again? Sorry, but I'm not accepting any Pokémon battles anymore. I'm heading home."

"Oh, we don't want a Pokémon battle, sir," Butch responded.

"Huh? Well, what do guys want then?" Martin asked.

"Easy, your Porygon!" Mondo quickly pulls out a bazooka net, fires it at Martin's Porygon, and traps it, then the net withdraws back to Mondo with Porygon trapped inside.

"HEY! GIVE ME BACK MY PORYGON!" Martin exclaimed at the trio.

Cassidy laughs as she starts the motto. "You didn't prepare for this, but you should prepare for trouble!"

Butch follows up. "Now that we have this Porygon our pay will be double!"

"To infect the world with devastation!"

"To blight all people within every nation!"

"To denounce the goodness of truth and love!"

"To extend our wrath to the stars above!"

Cassidy rips off her disguise. "Cassidy!"

Butch then also rips off his disguise too. "And Butch of course!"

"We're Team Rocket, circling Earth all day and night!"

"Surrender to us now you will surely lose the fight!"

Mondo then also rips off his disguise too. "I'm Mondo, alright!"

Martin grits his teeth. "Whatever you three are, you're not getting away with this!"

"Didn't you listen to our motto? We're Team Rocket, dumbass!" Butch says with a laugh.

"Let's get out of here guys!" Cassidy says.

As Team Rocket turns around to walk away, they hear three very familiar voices. "TEAM ROCKET!" It was the gang that was running towards them.

Cassidy growls. "Every time we almost manage to steal a Pokémon, those twerps are always up our alley!"

"Let's book it quickly!" Butch suggested.

The Team Rocket trio tries to escape by running away.

"You're not getting away with that Porygon! Bulbasaur cut that net with your Razor Leaf!" Domino quickly sends out her Bulbasaur.

Bulbasaur materializes. "Bulba!" Bulbasaur throws razor-sharp leaves under its bulb and they fly right to the net of the bazooka net and it cuts it open, freeing Porygon.

"Porygon!" Porygon cries out and immediately floats to Martin.

"Porygon, you're okay!" Martin immediately hugs its Pokémon.

"No! Our one-way ticket to our future promotions!" Mondo shouted.

"Meowth, send them away with your Thunderbolt!" Jessie commanded.

"Time to teach you three a lesson!" Yellow sparks start surrounding Meowth's body and then fire bolts of electricity at Team Rocket.

Team Rocket starts screaming in pain from getting electrocuted before they are sent blasting off from an explosion. "WE'RE BLASTING OFF AGAIN!" Ding!

Martin immediately runs towards the gang. "I can't thank you enough for saving my Porygon!"

"Porygon!" Porygon cries out cheerfully.

Jessie glares at Martin. "You can thank us by admitting that you're the one that hacked into the Pokédex.

Martin's eyes widened. "Again, I have no idea what you're talking about…"

Jessie clutches her fist in frustration. "Then I challenge you to a rematch and I will beat your Porygon once and for all!"

Martin thinks about her rematch. "Well, I wasn't accepting any rematches, but since you saved my Porygon from those thieves, I accept!"

It cuts to Martin and Jessie standing opposite sides from each other on the beach to form a battlefield.

"I'll be the referee for this battle!" James declared.

Jessie pulls out a Poké Ball. "Haunter, you're up to battle!" She sends out her Haunter to battle.

Haunter materializes. "Ha! Haunter!"

Martin looks at his Porygon. "Alright Porygon, let's get another win!"

"Porygon!" Porygon floats into battle.

Jessie starts the battle like before with the first move. "Haunter, Night Shade!"

Haunter's eyes glow red, and it fires multiple black beams outlined in streaks of dark red from its eyes right at Porygon.

Porygon closes its eyes to brace for impact, but it appears Haunter's Night Shade did not affect the Pokémon one bit. Porygon slowly opens its eyes. "Porygon!"

Jessie expresses confusion. "What? Night Shade didn't affect it?"

"Night Shade didn't even scratch Porygon one bit," Domino says.

Meowth starts thinking. "I believe I know why."

Martin commands the next move. "Ice Beam!"

Porygon fires water at Haunter and once it is heading towards Haunter, it freezes into ice and strikes the Pokémon, dealing damage to Haunter.

"Haunter!" Haunter cries out in pain.

"Are you okay, Haunter?" Jessie asked to make sure, to which Haunter nodded in response. "Great, now use Psychic!"

"Haunter!" Haunter fires a dark black energy beam right at Porygon which strikes the Pokémon and deals damage and it cries in pain.

"Porygon!" Martin called out.

Jessie starts thinking in her mind. "So Psychic dealt damage but not Night Shade. Hmm…" She starts thinking.

Martin immediately commands the next move. "Quick, use another Ice Beam!"

"Porygon!" Porygon fires water once more at Haunter which turns into ice and strikes the Pokémon, but this time, the move completely freezes Haunter.

"Oh no! Haunter is frozen from that Ice Beam!" Jessie exclaimed.

"I think this is it for Jess…" Meowth says.

Domino sadly nods in agreement. "Yeah…"

Martin laughs. "Well Jessie, it was a great battle. Porygon, use Hyper Beam to finish it off!"

"Porygon!" Porygon fires a powerful beam right at the frozen Haunter. Jessie closes its eyes not wanting to see the impact, however, the Hyper Beam goes through the frozen Haunter, not affecting the Pokémon at all.

Jessie opens her eyes to see her Haunter is okay. "Haunter is… okay!"

Martin's eyes widened. "What?!"

A few seconds pass, and Porygon uses the time to recharge.

"Alright Porygon, I guess you have to finish it off with Tri Attack!" Martin ordered once more.

"Come on Haunter, you got to unfreeze yourself!" Jessie says.

Porygon blasts three orbs in a triangular motion, a yellow orb, an orange orb, and a blue orb at Haunter, but this move also didn't affect Haunter.

"Wh-what is going on?!" Martin says, worried and confused.

"Don't you know that normal and ghost types resist each other?" James pointed out.

Martin goes silent for a little bit. "OH RIGHT, I COMPLETELY FORGOT!"

"Oh yeah… wait if Night Shade didn't deal any damage to that Porygon, that means it's a normal type, not a flying type!" Jessie pointed out.

Haunter breaks out of its frozen status. "Haunter!"

"Yes, you're not frozen anymore!" Jessie cheered. "Alright Haunter, use Hypnosis!"

Haunter's eyes glow red and it waves its hand back and forth at Porygon, then Porygon proceeds to fall asleep.

"Porygon, wake up!" Martin yelled out.

Jessie clutches her fist. "Now use Dream Eater!"

Haunter opens its mouth as the dreams of the sleeping Porygon form in a white cloud. Haunter begins sucking and absorbing Porygon's dreams and energy, adding it to their own as Porygon officially faints from the battle.

James declares the match. "Porygon is unable to battle which means Haunter is the winner!"

"Porygon, no!" Martin sprints towards his Porygon.

"And that's the end!" Domino says with a smile.

Meowth begins clapping fast. "Yeah! Jessie showed that undefeated Porygon who's the boss!"

"Way to go Haunter! You deserve a nice rest!" Jessie recalls her Haunter.

It cuts to the gang and Martin standing and facing each other.

Martin sighs. "Okay, I admit. Yes, I did hack into the Pokédex last night. BUT, I only just did it to add my Porygon to the Pokédex, I didn't change any existing Pokémon's information, that's all. Please forgive me."

Jessie takes a deep breath. "It's fine, we forgive you and are not mad at you, but.."

"Well, you shouldn't be telling us. You should go tell Professor Oak about this." Domino added.

James nods. "Not to mention that you programmed false information on Porygon."

Martin starts nodding extremely fast. "I'll tell him once I reach Cinnabar Island. Do you guys want a ride there on my boat?"

The gang gasped in shock.

"You're willing to give us a ride to Cinnabar Island?!" Jessie exclaimed.

Martin nods in response. "Well, you did beat my Porygon after all, Jessie. I did say whoever beats it gets a free boat ride to Cinnabar Island. So why not?"

The gang all look at each other happily as it cuts to Martin's boat sailing on the ocean with Jessie, her friends, and Martin all on board as they start heading to Cinnabar Island.

"Our heroes discovered who was the one that hacked into the Pokédex and now they are heading to Cinnabar Island by a boat from their new friend, Martin! What will happen once they reach there? Find out as the journey continues!"

Jessie was looking out at the ocean while on the boat with a hyped-up look. "Cinnabar Gym… here I come!"
