Capítulo 151: Chapter 151: Speed Force or Doomsday

Countless Speed Force manifestations in the form of yellow lightning surged towards H'el, who held an energy conduit.

H'el's black hair was stimulated by the yellow lightning, causing it to fly wildly. His black cape billowed, and the yellow lightning continuously struck his body. A force field of Speed Force, isolating him from the outside world, enveloped him.

The Speed Force was unlike any other power; all powers had the foundation of the Speed Force, as it was the most basic concept of motion. The Speed Force was all-encompassing, quickly infiltrating H'el's body.

H'el had only one sensation: tingling! The crazy vibrations of the Speed Force left him numb. The cells within his body began undergoing miraculous changes. When the yellow lightning touched the cell membranes of various cell types, the electrons within the cell's cytoplasm reacted more intensely. They were directly propelled by the Speed Force, spinning and dividing at a rate exceeding two million times their natural pace.

In the blink of an eye, H'el had completed a cycle of cellular division and then abruptly stopped.

He was sated.

He quickly recovered from the numbness that had gripped him.

H'el realized that there was a limit to how much his cells could carry the Speed Force, and this limit was lower than he had imagined.

He controlled his body's cells, deeply storing the Speed Force for further study.

He had an intuition that he shouldn't merely store the Speed Force; storage was the lowest utility. He needed to delve deeper into harnessing the Speed Force.

H'el had a hunch that the bedrock of his genetic structure, the unbreakable foundation, was meant to carry something, transform something, become something.

In the world of the Pacific Rim, Cery had once questioned the extraordinary and abnormal resilience of his foundational genetics, which seemed purposefully designed to carry something.

At that time, H'el had suspected it was for carrying the power of Doomsday.

But what if there was another choice? What if that choice was the Speed Force?

Speed Force or Doomsday, which should he choose?

H'el, holding the energy conduit, with yellow lightning shimmering all over his body, gazed at the Flash.

"Ah..." The Flash roared in anger, his fury and powerlessness against H'el's threat pushing him to perform beyond ordinary levels.

[Non-existent one!]

In the midst of his rage, the Flash suddenly felt a presence originating from the source of the Speed Force, a voice telling him that the person he was connected to should not exist.

A non-existent one? What did that mean? Shouldn't exist?

What is the Speed Force trying to tell him?

The Flash's eyes, filled with angry yellow lightning arcs, locked onto H'el, who stood there absorbing the Speed Force. Barry seethed with anger, his face a blur of determination, and his legs moved even more vigorously as he ran. A deep-seated anger and confusion fueled him, unleashing a more potent Speed Force.

The Flash had one characteristic that set him apart; he didn't use his body to harness the Speed Force. Instead, the Speed Force flowed through his cells, acting like an open valve. When he was furious, his emotions could trigger this valve, resulting in something akin to an explosive burst of non-standard Speed Force. It wasn't related to his physical prowess; it was almost metaphysical. You couldn't measure how much Speed Force would emerge from his body in this state, but it usually led to a surge of unstable energy.

This phenomenon was similar to what sometimes occurred with Green Lantern Hal Jordan and even Superman when they unleashed their powers with a furious roar, capable of crushing something that was previously indestructible with just one punch. It was nonsense to the extreme.

The entire lab was overwhelmed by a climbing cascade of yellow lightning as the Flash blurred into a multitude of Speed Force afterimages within the superconductive prison.

"Your Majesty, the superconductive prison is showing signs of fatigue under the high-intensity vibrations and may be breached," a researcher loudly warned.

Before the words could fully register, a loud bang echoed through the air. The superconductor shattered like glass, and yellow lightning mixed with frozen shards hung suspended in the air. The Flash's blurry figure, encased in yellow lightning, shot out of the superconductive prison.

H'el extended his five fingers and generated a biological magnetic field that rearranged atomic patterns over a billion times. A transparent force field formed in front of the Flash, an invisible barrier that the Flash collided with upon escaping the prison. The force field had even more vibrations than the Flash, making it impossible for him to atomically vibrate through it. The Flash, with a loud thud, was sent flying back towards H'el, who quickly regained control of the biological magnetic field. In the blink of an eye, H'el caught the Flash by the back of his neck.

This entire sequence of events lasted less than a millisecond. The Flash was unconscious in H'el's hand once again.

Only now did the shattered superconducting material, began scattering in the air and colliding with walls, creating a chaotic mess.

Staff members began cleaning up the area, while researchers started collecting data.

H'el held the unconscious Flash by the neck, his eyes revealing a moment of contemplation, as if a bolt of lightning had flashed deep within his profound gaze.

Despite appearing to only have a few milliseconds, H'el's cells had already reached the limit of storing Speed Force. However, even that amount was significant.

When the Flash used Speed Force, the vast quantity of it was actually on his surface, forming the conspicuous visual aspect of yellow lightning. This transformation and visible manifestation of the Speed Force represented a significant expenditure of energy.

Of course, the Speed Force wasn't something to be concerned about wasting, as the well of Speed Force backing it up was virtually limitless.

H'el had now stored a substantial portion of the Speed Force within his own body. Still, regrettably, he couldn't utilize it in the same way the Flash could. It would be too inefficient.

With veins pulsing in his eyes, H'el activated his telescopic and microscopic vision, focusing on the Flash's body. His deep-set eyes began to flash with thoughts.

At the same time, he started delving into his own stored Speed Force, comparing it with the Flash's cellular structure.

Perhaps... he could manufacture Speed Force cells within himself?

H'el's brain entered an intense state of calculation and contemplation. After a long while, he slowly ceased the computation, which had nearly fried his mind with its intensity.

The magnifiers in his eyes receded, and the veins in his temples disappeared. Even with his vast intellect capable of effortlessly assimilating knowledge from all the civilizations in the galaxy, he still felt insignificant when faced with the Speed Force.

H'el frowned slightly, his eyes betraying fatigue, and a part of his brain throbbing with a headache. He rubbed his nose bridge and decided to temporarily halt his exploration.

'Let's send him a little gift.' he thought.

In the next moment, he used his psychic powers, combined with a portion of the Speed Force stored within himself, to create a Speed Force psychic projection.

This Speed Force psychic projection quickly entered the Flash's body, hidden from his awareness.
