Yvette wanted to correct Lance but changed her mind after a second thought.

"Go back to the table. I will cook something new for you."

Lance arrived in the living room. He saw the table full of dishes, and the light in his eyes became dim.

Lance thought, Yvette has done a lot.

However, I let her down. Too bad.

Considering that Lance hadn't eaten food for a long time, Yvette made him a plate of warm spaghetti with tomatoes and eggs.

Yvette turned down the gas after putting some spaghetti into the pot. She waited for the spaghetti to become softer.

Yvette served the spaghetti, and Lance quickly ate up.

Lance looked at Yvette pleadingly. It seemed he wanted more food.

Yvette said, "That's all you can eat. Your stomach still needs time for a full recovery."

There was only one plate, so Yvette intended to wash it by herself. It was late, and Yvette didn't want to wake the servants up.
