Gregory had a lot of things to tell the players after the game and they were all expecting him to bomb them with harsh words but unexpectedly he started by praising them.
This was a tactic he employed to give them a sense of hope, a false sense of hope to be precise because the next second he began to insult whatever they thought they were doing out there as he put it.
He was supposed to be making fun of the players but Peterson and Tacky kept catching stray bullets even after their turn had long passed.
Even the Man of the Match got a doze criticism from the manager with just the right amount of insults sprinkled on top.
Once he was done letting out his anger and frustration, he proceeded to tell the players that they had a day off which was quite surprising to them because they were expecting him to tell them to drag their sorry ass to the training ground tomorrow but he had his reasons.
