In the office of the Chief Administrative Officer, a projector displayed the flight model of the Sin City advisory group on the screen, showing that the aircraft was less than an hour away from reaching Dream City.

William sitting in his chair tapped his fingers on the desk. After shutting off the projector, he turned to his secretary.

"Double-check every detail of the welcoming procedure, especially the press and security. There should be at least one... no, tell those in the security department that we need two three-star security teams involved."

"Two three-star teams, Chief William? Isn't that a bit excessive? I'm afraid the security department might not agree," the secretary said, slightly troubled by the burly man's sudden change of plans.
