Capítulo 33: Phoenix

Seraphyne's laughter filled the air, a melodious sound that put Kieiran at ease. Her teasing and lightheartedness starkly contrasted the sternness of Kieiran's training to be carried out.

"Here, take this, kid, and put it on." Seraphyne handed a blindfold to Kieiran.

"The cloth is very thick and long! I've never seen anything alike, not even the clothes Mages wear."

"Well, it's a special kind of cloth."

Kieiran couldn't see anything around him with the blindfold securely in place. He had to rely solely on Seraphyne's guidance.

"Master, you won't throw me in a pit and kill me accidentally, right?" Kieiran couldn't help but jest nervously. 

"I haven't said yet that I love my Dad the most, and I haven't done enough to enjoy my life..."
