Lu Fan looked at the 3D rendering that showed an advanced military base. The white marble used to cover the building looked out of place but that was Lu Fan's arrangement.

He was not after stealth or camouflage. If anything, he wanted people to know he had such a great thing going on here.

The grandeur of the place would serve as a face for his forces and it would draw the attention of anyone who wanted to watch away from the truly valuable stuff.

The facilities hidden underground were not meant to remain secret, and he wanted it to reach the relevant persons but he did not intend to make anything clear.

It was best to keep them guessing and their guard up.

The island looked like it had been divided into two as the area where the city was built became more developed than the area facing the south and east.

The dense forest there would serve as the perfect cover for everything else.
