Mikel Anderson immediately closed her eyes too.

But even with her eyes closed, she couldn't get rid of those mental images. Unable to stand it, she simply turned away and left.

She stood outside the washroom, trying her best to calm herself, dispelling the images she'd just seen, and mentally repeating to herself: clear-headedness, unyielding...

She calmed down for about a minute or two.

Mikel Anderson heard movement from inside the bathroom, followed by a 'thud' sound. Fearing he'd hit his head again, she hesitated before going in to check on him.
