Capítulo 449: Danger Approaching_1

When Lyra received a call from Morris Jackson, her table was covered with woven straw mats she had made.

She activated the speakerphone and carefully placed her phone on the snow mastiff's head, whispering, "No moving, okay? Good boy!"

The snow mastiff was about to lower its head, but when it heard its master's voice, it immediately behaved and sat still like a handy tool.

"What are you doing?" Morris's voice came through the speakerphone.

Lyra's palms were discolored from weaving the palm leaves, "Doing something to kill time."

"Alone?"

"Tata is here too."

Whenever the snow mastiff heard its master's voice, it would be especially well-behaved. In order to prove its existence, the dog let out a few happy "woos."

Naturally, Morris also heard this sound and asked, "Is the phone on Tata's head?"

Lyra's hands paused in their work, as she reflexively looked around the room in search of any camera that might be facing her.
