Capítulo 15: Training Time, P.1!

_______________________________________________________________

Meanwhile, in a separate training area, Yuji Itadori is eagerly awaiting his lesson with Satoru Gojo, who is ready to teach him the intricacies of jujutsu sorcery. Yuji, excited and grateful, expresses his admiration for Gojo and his eagerness to become stronger.

"I'm thankful to be learning from the strongest jujutsu sorcerer," Yuji says. "I want to be stronger when I face my friends again. I couldn't help them before, and I don't want to be weak anymore."

Gojo nods, understanding Yuji's motivation. He decides to use soda cans as a practical example to explain the difference between cursed energy and cursed techniques. "Cursed energy is like this," he says, demonstrating by blasting a can with raw energy. "It's powerful, but it's also blunt. Now, cursed techniques are like this," he continues, concentrating energy to twist the can into an intricate shape. "They allow you to focus and refine your power."

Yuji watches intently and quickly grasps the concept. Gojo is pleasantly surprised by how well Yuji controls his cursed energy. Yuji's proficiency is unexpected, and he casually mentions, "I did a bit of training while I was...you know, out of commission."

Gojo raises an eyebrow but doesn't press further. "Well, it seems you've been busy. Let's take it up a notch," he says with a grin. "We're going to make the use of cursed energy second nature for you."

And how you ask? By beating it into him! I'm not writing my GOAT get his ass beat by Gojo, Megumi yes not Yuji.

...

After the intense training session, Megumi takes a break and sits down with Maki and Panda. They discuss the use of cursed tools and how they can enhance a jujutsu sorcerer's capabilities.

Maki explains that while some sorcerers can use cursed tools, others have the rare ability to tame familiars that can store weapons for them. She notes, "It's not common, but it's an incredibly useful skill. Familiar tamer sorcerers can pull out weapons from their familiars at will, which gives them a huge advantage."

Megumi, contemplating this, decides he wants to keep his hands free for his current fighting style. He thinks back to Gojo's advice about facing the special-grade curse and the need for a better strategy. "Gojo mentioned I shouldn't have run from that special-grade curse. Maybe if I could store weapons in the shadows of my shikigami, I could be more effective in battle."

Maki nods in agreement. "That's a good idea. Your shikigami's abilities are versatile. If you can find a way to integrate weapons into their shadows, it could give you the edge you need."

Panda adds, "Plus, it'll keep you adaptable in various combat situations. Keeping your hands free doesn't mean you're unprepared."

Meanwhile, Nobara is focused on improving her physical skills. Maki is her training partner, pushing her to her limits. They work on refining Nobara's strength, speed, and combat techniques. Maki emphasizes the importance of physical prowess in close-range combat.

Nobara, determined to improve, trains rigorously under Maki's guidance. She practices various strikes, kicks, and defensive maneuvers, gradually enhancing her physical capabilities.

Maki, with her usual intensity, provides feedback and encouragement. "You're getting better, but don't slack off. In a real fight, you need to be faster and more precise."

Nobara responds with determination, "I won't let up. I want to be strong enough to make a difference."

"That's the spirit, guess we're gonna have to up the intensity.

As the training progresses, both Megumi and Nobara are visibly improving.

...

As Satoru Gojo prepares to leave Yuji to continue his training alone, he lingers at the doorway, casually throwing out a question that had been nagging at the back of his mind. "Hey, Yuji, did you happen to meet Sukuna while you were... out?"

Yuji, still catching his breath from an intense training session, wipes the sweat from his forehead and looks up. "No, I didn't see Sukuna. But..." He hesitates, recalling the surreal experience he had. "There was this guy... He looked a lot like me. He's been teaching me about cursed energy ever since I... well, died."

Satoru's usually relaxed demeanor falters just for a second, his sharp eyes betraying a hint of curiosity. The corners of his lips curl up into a playful grin as he quickly regains his composure. "Don't worry too much about that for now. Focus on mastering the 'condensation of cursed energy.' It's crucial if you want to control your power."

Yuji rolls his eyes slightly, exasperation tinging his voice as he repeats, "Condensation of cursed energy... Yeah, I've got it." Despite his tone, there's a spark of determination in his eyes, a sign that he's fully committed to becoming stronger.

Satoru chuckles, clearly amused by Yuji's mix of frustration and resolve. "Good. You're doing better than I expected." With that, he gives a wave over his shoulder, leaving Yuji to continue his training.

Yuji who left by himself, ponders, "If Sukuna didn't talk to me...then that means I'm a Vessel for two people then?... Ah, better leave the thinking to Gojo-Sensei." Yuji then goes off to train.1

The day continues, and Satoru finds himself in a car with Kiyotaka Ijichi, the ever-reliable assistant director, as they drive through a quiet, tree-lined road. The atmosphere is peaceful, almost serene, but Satoru's intuition tells him that this calm is about to be shattered.

"Stop the car," Satoru suddenly instructs, his voice light yet commanding. Kiyotaka glances at him, puzzled by the abrupt request, but he doesn't question it. He pulls the car over to the side of the road, the tires crunching against the gravel.

Satoru steps out, his pristine white shoes contrasting sharply with the dark asphalt. The air around him feels different—charged with an invisible tension. "You go on ahead. I'll catch up later," Satoru says casually, waving Kiyotaka off with a nonchalant gesture.

Kiyotaka hesitates for a moment, sensing that something significant is about to happen, but he trusts Satoru's judgment. With a respectful nod, he drives away, leaving Satoru standing alone on the deserted road.

The silence is quickly broken as the sky above darkens ominously, clouds swirling with unnatural speed. The atmosphere becomes oppressive as if the air itself is being squeezed. Then, with a sudden and violent force, a figure descends from the heavens—a living embodiment of volcanic fury.

Jogo, a monstrous curse with a head like a molten volcano, lands before Satoru with a thunderous impact, the ground cracking beneath his immense weight. His single, fiery eye locks onto Satoru, burning with hatred and malevolence. "So, you're the famous Satoru Gojo," Jogo hisses, his voice like the rumble of an active volcano. "Let's see if you live up to your reputation."

Without waiting for a response, Jogo unleashes a torrent of searing flames, the heat so intense that the asphalt beneath them begins to melt. The firestorm engulfs Satoru in an instant, the flames roaring like a beast released from its cage.

For a moment, the world is nothing but heat and fire. Jogo watches with a cruel smile, convinced that his attack has incinerated the human before him. "You're nothing special after all," he mutters.

But as the flames die down, revealing the scorched earth beneath, a figure remains standing amid the devastation. Satoru is untouched, his clothes immaculate, and his expression as calm as ever. He brushes an imaginary speck of dust off his shoulder and looks at Jogo with mild amusement. "Not bad," Satoru says, his voice cool and unbothered. "But you're going to have to try a lot harder if you want to take me down."

Jogo's confidence wavers, his single eye narrowing in disbelief. "Impossible... How are you still standing?"

Satoru's eyes, usually hidden behind his blindfold, gleam with excitement as he assesses his opponent. "So, you're a special grade curse. Unregistered, too. Interesting." He steps forward, the air around him crackling with latent energy. "You're even stronger than the current Sukuna. This might be fun."

As the dust from JOGOAT's arrival settles, Jogo pulls himself together, his volcanic features glowing with a seething mix of anger and desperation. "You have no sense of danger at all, do you?" he growls, his molten eye narrowing as he watches Satoru with barely concealed fury.

He knows that Gojo is alone, lured out into the open where he can't easily call for reinforcements. This was the plan, after all—to isolate the strongest sorcerer and take him down when he's most vulnerable.

Satoru's lips curl into a smirk, his posture still annoyingly relaxed. "Maybe I just don't see the point in worrying about something as trivial as danger," he replies, his voice dripping with confidence. His words only infuriate Jogo further, fueling the cursed spirit's determination to wipe that smug look off the sorcerer's face.

"Let's see how you handle this, then," Jogo spits, raising his hand as he calls upon his innate technique. The air around them crackles with cursed energy as an army of Ember Insects materializes from the molten ground. Each insect is a fiery, buzzing mass of explosive energy, their tiny bodies glowing with intense heat as they swarm toward Satoru in a chaotic cloud.

Satoru's expression remains unfazed as he watches the Ember Insects approach. With a simple gesture, he halts their advance, his cursed energy creating an invisible barrier that stops the swarm dead in its tracks. The insects writhe and struggle against the force holding them back, their bodies vibrating with pent-up energy.

But just as Satoru is about to dismiss them, the Ember Insects begin to glow brighter, their bodies swelling as they prepare to detonate. Realizing what's about to happen, Satoru quickly shifts his stance, his eyes narrowing in focus. The insects explode in unison, creating a blinding flash of light and a deafening roar that shakes the very ground beneath them.

The explosion sends a shockwave through the area, reducing the nearby trees to splinters and leaving a crater where Satoru once stood. Jogo watches the destruction unfold with a twisted grin, convinced that he's finally managed to catch the sorcerer off guard.

As the smoke begins to clear, Jogo cackles with triumph. "Weak humans... It's deplorable how fragile you are. You thought you could stand against me? Pathetic."
