"What do you think?" Her voice resonated on the four corners of the room, but he hardly noticed it as he continued to think of something else.

His eyes were staring at something, but his mind was picturing something else. Frankly, he would rather be somewhere other than this place if it had been his choice.

Unfortunately, his mother insisted he accompany his bride-to-be and prepare for the wedding. Sadly, his impending marriage was the last thing on his mind.

"Dale, you are not even listening." His fiancee tapped him on the hand to catch his attention.

He sat inside the flower shop beside his fiancee, picking the flowers they would use for the ceremony. Over half an hour, they had looked at several catalogs, and his fiancee still could not decide on one.

After another five minutes, he had stopped listening to the discussion. He just let his mind wander, thinking of anything other than the roses, lilies, and dandelions.
