Xu Feng blinked in surprise, but when he saw her playful grin, he understood. 'She's putting on a show.'

There was an audience nearby, lurking just out of sight. Yujie's loud, exaggerated words were meant for them.

"Yes, where's the last place we need to trade?" Xu Feng asked, playing along, though a hint of hesitation crept into his voice.

"We'll go to the official base trading window and see what we can eat," Yujie replied, still overly loud. "We need to use our nuclei for a place to live! We didn't come all this way to Aran Base just to struggle outside!"
