Capítulo 3: Beginners shield acquired
As I waited beside the building I watched as the last few chevrons were locked in and then the portal was formed. Shortly after, a troop of Jaffa came out of the portal fully armored aside from their heads which were bare, all of them holding staff weapons. Once all of the Jaffa had went through first and secured the area, their Goa'uld master that I recognized as Moloc came through adorned in his own armor, also without head protection.
Most Goa'uld would have himself and his Jaffa wear head armor, Moloc must have to big a head to fit inside his armor. This makes my job easier so I didn't care.
Once the stargate closed behind them I ran up as fast as I could activating my new lightsaber and cutting through the first four I saw. As soon as I started my rampage, Moloc gave the order to redial the gate. I grabbed a nearby staff weapon and fired it at the Jaffa that had started to dial and then noticing one of the Jaffa near Moloc targeting me, I grabbed another Jaffa that was close by and used him as a shield before ripping off his head and throwing it at the Jaffa that had just shot at me. The Jaffa's heads both collided, both exploding upon impact. Blood rained down around us, coloring the area red.
In just a few seconds of encountering Moloc's Imperial troops, I had killed most of them, leaving only two that were part of his personal guard. I assumed one of the two was his highest ranking Jaffa;. I didn't want to kill all of them, I came to them with a goal in mind, so I began to negotiate.
"As you can see, It would be easy for me to kill all of you. I only want two things and then I'll go on my way. I want your strongest power source and a number of stargate addresses that have a wealth in technology".
Moloc sneered "You dare try to blackmail me monster? I am a God!"
I laughed in his face, "No, you are a slug and a parasite. If there was a god amongst us, it would be me. Now you will either cooperate with me or I will torture you until you give up what I want and then I'll kill you. Your choice".
Moloc looked around himself at the bodies that littered the surrounding area and then looked back at me. "I'll cooperate with you for now".
I smiled and walked up beside him. "Good, now send one of your Jaffa back to your ship for the things I asked for. If they come back without what I asked for or arrive with a bigger army, you will die."
Moloc displeased but aware of his current situation looked towards one of his last Jaffa and gave an order. "Jaffa kree, Kel no shol ak'ra. komah ata."
"What did you just tell him?" I asked as one left through the stargate.
I could tell Moloc didn't want to talk to me anymore but did so anyway purely out of survival. "I told my Jaffa to go to the storage room and get the power supply you and I just agreed on. I'll write out the symbols for the stargates as we wait".
I nodded and then watched him write out the addresses for me. It took a little over 10 minutes before the gate came back online again. Only one soldier came through the gate with a power source on some type of carrying device. Apparently the power source was too heavy to carry with just one person.
After grabbing the power cell and holding it like a football, I dialed one of the ten gate addresses Moloc had given me. Seeing me carry the power source with my strength alone surprised Molok and his Jaffa. "Send one of your Jaffa in first, once he comes back safely I will leave you guys be."
Moloc did as I said and sent one of the Jaffa into the gate. A little over a minute later the Jaffa came back unharmed. Seeing this, I was content and looked back at Moloc. "I'm taking this Jaffa with me to test out the other gate addresses later. If I ever see you again, I will kill you on the spot, you are lucky to catch me when I am in the middle of my current goal and I have little use or time for you".
As I was walking through the gate, I saw Moloc kill his remaining Jaffa. He likely did not want this embarrassment to spread to others.
I didn't see him as a threat, so I had no problem leaving him alive. I am true to my word though, if I see him again, he's dead.
I was holding the Jaffa as a shield as I walked through the gate, in case enemy forces were on the other side waiting to ambush me. It seemed Moloc was true to his word. This world looked like a world with vast tech knowledge. He clearly didn't play around when it came to his life.
Sitting my Jaffa meat shield down I spoke to him "For now on, you will obey me or you will die like your friends before".
The Jaffa looked at me with anger, clearly not understanding my words. I rolled my eyes and then took in my surroundings. Just like the last planet, I didn't recognize it as a planet that Stargate command had ever visited. Unlike the last planet, this planet looked advanced. I saw motorized vehicles and people holding small technological devices everywhere I looked.
The inhabitants of the planet all looked human like most stargate worlds. As I walked down away from the stargate and headed towards them, many either cowered in fear or ran away. Considering Molac gave me the gate address, they probably had bad experiences with the people that came through the gate. Then again, it could just be how I looked.
Seeing a brave teenage boy stand tall as he looked my way even though his legs were slightly shaking, I walked up to him. "Can you understand my words boy?"
The young teenage boys eyes widened in fear but still had enough courage to reply to my question. "I- I can".
This made things a lot easier. "I need help repairing my device, can you direct me to your best engineer or engineers? I mean no harm and am even willing to trade"
The young man seemed a little less scared upon hearing my words. "Follow me, I'll take you to the best engineer I know of".
I respected this kids courage. "Kid before we go, what's your name?"
"Mitchell" he replied.
I put my hand on his shoulder "That's a nice name, you can call me Sisyphus and this guy to my right is named 'beginners shield'. You can just ignore him".
