Allison's POV:

I found myself eagerly waiting for him to slide that ring onto my finger. Yet, deep within my heart, I knew the hopes I harbored were not right because it was my kidnapper for whom I was feeling something. It shouldn't have been happening, but to my surprise, it was. I was eager and desperate. I had never been like that before. I could now understand what Isaac must have gone through. To feel something for someone and then strongly wish for them to reciprocate those feelings is the worst thing ever.

I kept looking at him intently as he held my hand gently and then took a deep breath before turning around. What? What are you doing? I asked him in my mind.

"Neil," he said and then glanced back at me while I looked at him in disbelief. What the hell? Why is he calling his brother? I asked myself.

"Come here!" He said to Neil who walked forward immediately while Jacob's eyes were fixed on me.
