Shen Wan raised an eyebrow, watching him calmly. 

Lushen felt a sudden twist in his heart under her gaze, an inexplicable discomfort creeping in. He tried to sound tough, "You... what are you looking at?" 

"Hmm." Shen Wan nodded with a smile, openly admitting, "I'm looking at exactly nothing." 

Lushen was speechless.

Suddenly, Shen Wan raised her uninjured left hand and patted his shoulder. The man shivered all over and jumped back a few steps. 

"I... I warn you! Don't lay a finger on me, or I'll... I'll beat you to a pulp!" He wore a guarded expression, as if Shen Wan was a notorious pervert who was about to make her move. He acted like he was on the verge of yelling assault while crossing his arms defensively. 

Shen Wan withdrew her hand with an amused smile, silently cursing him as a complete idiot.
