Capítulo 36: Welcome Back

When he opened his eyes, Sherlock could not control his desire to explore the unknown which he had suppressed the whole day. He immediately sat up from the sofa.

At this moment, two completely different visual states had already appeared in the room.

The areas that had not been crawled by the worm were still the same unshakeable pure white… In the other areas, the texture which things in the room should have was revealed.

A large part of the white seal on the floor next to his feet had been wiped away. When he stepped on it, he could clearly hear the soft sound of the soles of his shoes touching the wooden board. The hanging cabinet was also full of traces of crawling. He touched the armrest of the sofa beside him and felt the soft and familiar feeling from lying there for many years.

The entire room had the illusion that it was gradually peeling away from the dream and integrating into reality bit by bit.
