The monastery should have been established no more than 100 years ago, but when one passed through the green-black porch, one could still feel a strong sense of history.

Unlike churches, monasteries were more like religious schools. Almost all believers who wanted to join the Vatican had to start from these monasteries. They had to chant scriptures, pray, and listen to the Holy Light's enlightenment every day.

If it were not for such cumbersome rules, Sherlock would not be in his thirties and still have no piety towards the Vatican.

The courtyard was full of flowers, plants and trees. Occasionally, low-level cultivators in linen robes could be seen. When one passed by a few wooden doors, one could vaguely hear the chanting inside. Finally, after walking through a few corridors made of green bricks and stone slabs, Sherlock was brought to the tower at the deepest part of the monastery.

This surprised him a little.
