Unique. If I were to describe this novel in one word, that will be it. The character design was well thought out; they have their own pros and cons that made them realistic and interesting. The world background was also amazing and there's more than meets the eye. The pacing was great, it develops not too slow or not too fast. I can say that the author really planned each chapter. I rarely read FL stories but this book got me hooked. Keep writing author!

Great story, steady updates, and nice world background. With that being said, I think the writing could use some grammatical adjustments. The characters are great, but I'd like to see more description of what they look and dress like. Very good and fun novel overall. To the author: You are welcome to have a look at "Avatar: Lingering Tensions" which is a sequel to "Avatar: Macai's Journey". You may want to read the first chapter of AMJ or so to get a feel for what the first story was about. But AMJ's tone changes so much that you really won't know everything unless you read a lot of it. Still, the story is written in a way that explains the essentials. It also is better if you've watched the canon motherseries "Avatar: The Last Airbender".
