"What the hell is going on?!" Jai shouted, making Elsa and Chris turn to look at him.

Marina gently gripped Jai's arm and tugged. "Jai, it's over. Let's go to the living room. I'll get you some drinks so you can calm down."

"Calm down? None of this makes sense!"

"You heard her, he's her husband. Doesn't that make sense to you?" Marina added.

"Definitely not! How can he be her husband? They just met yesterday and he didn't say anything about her being his wife! Where the hell was he, the last five years?" Jai was determined not to let it go. He was sure that Chris was just fooling Elsa to take advantage of her.

"Jai, please. All of you, please get out… Let us get dressed, and I'll explain later," Elsa pleaded.

"Come on, let's go. They need time alone," Elandir said, heading towards the door.

Jai pulled his hand away from Marina's grasp and insisted, "I am not leaving until I hear the truth!"
