Capítulo 38: The trial ( 1 )

He is innocent but it's murder.

The twenty-two-year-old man had entered into the court for trial. He had become lean and his face had become paler than the last time I had met him in the jail, twenty days back. Yash Kumar was studying in his last year of MBBS at the top university in the country. He is from the upper middle class but is a scholarship student. His life had rotated three sixty degrees in a fight in the temper and rage. 

He is not completely innocent or guilty. Today I will just give them a possibility he is not guilty of the death of the victim here. He is just guilty of committing culpable homicide but here he is accused of the murder which he had never committed. I reassured him slightly smiling his foot was tapping on the ground. He will be fine after this trial ends.
