For a few seconds, the previously chaotic scene came to a standstill, leaving Alex somewhat puzzled. He couldn't help but silently curse under his breath.
On the other hand, the small group of thieves was far from pleased with the current situation. The fierce counterattack from the other party indicated that they were not dealing with an easy target.
As the tension in the area continued to rise, Alex, who had remained silent for a while, suddenly shouted, "Evade and counterattack!"
In response to his command, even Jamu, who had been momentarily frozen due to the firearms pointed at him, sprang into action, swiftly dodging and launching an attack.
Alex himself wasted no time and rapidly fired back at the intruders. The sudden turn of events left the group of thieves wondering whether the person they had confronted had some sort of mental impairment.
