Capítulo 58: The need to revenge

Elric got home early the next morning. His heart had been heavy since the previous night, after his talk with Luciana. He was relieved that he found her, and she was alive and well, but he knew he had lost her.

He wondered where he went wrong. He had always been open with her that he wanted her, but she had always rejected him. Now this prince just came and... he tried not to think too much about it, even though he knew he couldn't. It had been on his mind all night after all.

He was quickly pulled out of his depressing thoughts, when he entered his mansion's gate and he saw Freya pacing around restlessly in the compound. Alice was with her.

When Freya noticed him, she expressed a look of surprise and relief together, before running to him. She then hugged him.
