"Get off me." Words laced with artic coldness spewed from the woman's mouth. "I already told you so many times that I wouldn't leave them for you, Dimitri. You're already an adult. Stop acting like a child." The woman's brows creased due to the stinging pain on her clavicles. She reckoned they were wounded by the man's grip.

A child? Are his confessions and pleas just childish ramblings or tantrums to her?

Though her eyes were filled with the vibrancy of spring, there was a layer of frost covering them, creeping into Dimitri's heart, that couldn't be dispersed by the brilliant, scorching sun rays above them. Same words, but it gets colder every time.
