Capítulo 197: I need your help
Cao Xiang woke up in the morning in a slight daze as a headache assaulted her. Memories of last night came to her a little later and she gasped and then held her head, taking a pillow and screaming into it. The room was filled with muffled screams while the Pirate Queen was squirming on the bed.
When she calmed down a little she looked down and found out that she was in her usual nightgown. She gasped again and turned completely red, but the maid that came into the room after hearing the sounds of her mistress waking up to open up the curtains and let the sunlight in, nonchalantly and playfully complained a little at how hard it was to change her when she was delivered here by Wu Long last night, soothing her worry at least a little.
But when she heard that she clung to and tried to kiss Wu Long multiple times she turned red as a tomato again and hid in the bed covers, squirming underneath.

DaoistGreenOnion Hmm, a shorter chapter again but I think you know why... since it is a bridge to a PLOT chapter XD
I started to notice that my writing became a little... undetailed or shall I say bland lately with less of my initial writing style.
And though it helps to move the plot along faster, the writing itself becomes a little... well bland lol.
I thought that it was an improvement but now I am not sure if it was, I will probably experiment with the style of writing a little more, to try and find a balance between detail, some artistic portrayal, and a good pace of the plot progression. I hope these adjustments will prove a betterment of your reading experience.
