Since crashing Randel's garden party, Arianell has stayed quiet. People and tabloids awaiting more drama were disappointed, but she had nowhere to rush. She stayed patiently in the Haunted House or at the Salon, knowing that her enemies had nowhere to run anyway. 

Of course, there were many who criticized her for being heartless and destroying her father's house, but no one was brave enough to tell her directly.

"You did the right thing, there is nothing to be ashamed of," Countess Marple told her and the other ladies around the table nodded in agreement. Even though Arianell had many haters, her supporters seemed to grow even faster.
