After William was done with the paperwork, he officially owned the house. William exited the Property Guild feeling really relieved, and happy. William did not like the fact that he and his family were living in a rented house. He wanted to buy this house as long as possible since the first day. And now that he had bought that house, he was happy. It didn't matter to him if he paid an extra few thousand gold coins. 

This house had become really special to him, Aimee, and Isabella. He was sure that they would hate to move somewhere as much as he would. Even if he had to spend a few thousand extra gold coins, it didn't bother him as he could earn the very same amount back within a few hours.
