As Mike contemplated whether he could still enjoy playing mahjong in his later years, Mia had already changed into her workout attire.
Dressed in sleek black sportswear, Mia's long legs were on full display, accentuating her beauty.
Her smile, reminiscent of her Brazilian heritage, held a touch of untamed allure.
Having also changed his clothes, Mike and Mia headed to their exercise destination together.
The scientific team had established a routine of regular workouts, devoid of the initial exhilaration they once experienced.
However, Penny was noticeably absent.
After Mike's rejection of Penny's advances, it seemed that she might need some time before crossing paths with Mike again until the tension dissipated.
Preparing for their equipment training, Mike couldn't help but worry about Sheldon's well-being amidst John and Parker's presence.
Sheldon's penchant for sarcasm often provoked others, and who knew how his companions would react in their company.
John and Parker were not inclined to engage in reasoned arguments with Sheldon, and they wouldn't hesitate to express their discontent through physical means.
While they wouldn't go as far as to kill Sheldon at Mike's behest, they held no reservations about giving him a proper beat down.
Just as Mike contemplated whether he should accompany Sheldon and the others to John and Parker's gym, Mia appeared and greeted them warmly.
Addressing the science team, Mike announced, "Tomorrow, we will all go to the gym together. You've reached a point where equipment training is essential for further physical development. It's more scientific and effective. I'll arrange transportation for you to the gym directly."
Hearing the news of going to the gym, the team members couldn't help but feel a sense of joy.
After all, it was a reward for their hard work during this period, a recognition of their progress.
Clearing his throat, Mike continued, "However, I must emphasize the importance of your tone and attitude. I will be exercising with my friends, but they are not particularly patient individuals. So, be cautious. I can only vouch for your safety on paper. Whether you end up getting beaten to a pulp or not will ultimately depend on how you conduct yourselves." He directed a stern gaze toward Sheldon, conveying his seriousness.
"Are they that terrifying? What are they even involved in?" asked one of the team members.
"Well, their professions aren't exactly conventional, and they prefer to keep a low profile. Just be careful," Mike responded, opting not to reveal that his two friends were a thief and a killer.
Sharing that information would undoubtedly terrify the team members, as they were not part of the same world.
As Mike uttered those words, the team members couldn't help but imagine the worst—gangsters.
They envisioned Mike as the boss of a notorious gang, considering his social circle.
The idea of being associated with a racing gang and thugs made them uneasy.
Surely, these must be high-ranking criminals.
After all, ordinary gangsters wouldn't have the time to waste to go frequently to a gym.
Sheldon, in particular, appeared much more obedient when in Mike's presence.
Mike couldn't help but worry about Sheldon and directed his attention towards him.
"Especially you, Sheldon," he cautioned, his tone carrying a hint of seriousness.
"My two friends may appear kind and unassuming, but never mistake their demeanor for weakness. They possess a certain magnitude that should not be underestimated. Nobody else needs to worry except for you. Did you hear me, Sheldon?"
Sheldon promptly responded, fully aware that these two individuals must be high-ranking gangsters, perhaps even a ruthless gang's boss.
Offending them could result in a gruesome fate, his thoughts sending shivers down his spine.
Deciding to remain silent the following day, Sheldon concluded that refraining from speaking would be his safest course of action, allowing him to avoid any potential confrontation with the boss.
Leonard, Howard, and Rajesh, observing Sheldon's reaction, also shared his sentiments.
They too decided to adopt a respectful stance the next day, while the more timid among them even contemplated whether they should attend at all.
Mike continued, "Your bodies have reached the initial stage, and most of the subsequent progress will be achieved through gym workouts. Tomorrow, I'll show you what you can accomplish and how far you've come in terms of your health." With these words, he led the team in completing the day's training task.
Upon hearing Mike's remarks, Sheldon and the others couldn't help but feel a sense of curiosity.
Throughout their training sessions, they had never witnessed Mike struggling to catch his breath. They wondered about his true strength and capabilities.
After the workout, Mike reminded Leonard about Leslie's complex nature, but Leonard dismissed the warning, returning to his previous frustrations with Leslie.

Meanwhile, Leslie took the opportunity to share their encounter on her blog, causing the rumors to spread like wildfire.
This turn of events caused Leonard to once again reflect on Mike's words of kindness.

He berated himself for not heeding Mike's advice, regretting his decision not to pay closer attention to Leslie. Mike's reminder to be cautious echoed in his mind.
Unexpectedly, when Mike and Mia returned home, just as Mike was about to undress and take a shower, Mia opened the door and entered.
Upon catching sight of Mike in the process of undressing.
Mia couldn't resist making a playful comment, her voice carrying a hint of mischief. "Well, well, well! Look at that hot body of yours. Impressive, Mike."
Instantly, Mike's face darkened. He felt as though he was being propositioned!
Before Mike could utter a word, Mia spoke again, "My bathroom is occupied!"
Mike shrugged it off and told Mia, "You go ahead and use it first."
Mia graciously accepted the offer and headed straight for the bathroom.
However, just as she reached the door, she poked her head out and mischievously suggested, "How about we shower together?"
Mike was taken aback, questioning whether he had misheard her. He asked Mia, seeking clarification, "What did you just say?"
"It's fine if you didn't hear it," she replied, then disappeared into the bathroom, locking the door behind her.
This left Mike feeling puzzled, wondering about Mia's intentions.
Had she really suggested they shower together?
What on earth was happening?
He hadn't done anything to provoke such behavior from Mia.
Could it be related to something that transpired during their intoxicated state the previous night?
His mind raced with questions, uncertain of the unfolding situation.
Meanwhile, on the other side, Mia couldn't help but giggle, delighted by the commotion caused by the sound of running water.
She found Mike's perplexed expression quite cute, acknowledging that he could be quite charming at times.
Perhaps beauty truly lies in the eyes of the beholder.
Mike sat on the sofa, contemplating the situation.
The room itself lacked openness, and its sound insulation was far from adequate.
Combined with Mia's earlier comment, it dawned on him the meaning of feeling inferior to a beast.
Torn between conflicting emotions, he managed to reign in his desires, ultimately guided by rationality over sensibility.
As Mia left the bathroom, Mike became speechless.
Her shirt has two noticeable imprints at the front that make you wonder if the room is cold or not, the shirt is also noticeably shorter than before, barely covering her buttocks, leaving little to the imagination.
Her hips swayed from left to right as she walked. With an air of confidence, Mia gracefully settled on the sofa, directly in front of Mike.
At that moment, a surge of concern arose within him, wanting to caution her about her near-nakedness. Yet, as he gazed upon her, he saw something he shouldn't, which made Mike choke back the words he was about to say
Mia smiled and said, "How come you lost your words."
This made Mike embarrassed all of a sudden!
