Vigilante stood in front of the gods of Olympus without fear at all. The godly aura surronding those entities would have caused normal humans to faint and even superhumans would have hard time maintaining their composure.
"Who are you, mortal? Why have you defiled this holy grounds with blood?" asked Zeus in a commanding tone.
Vigilante looked left and right before asking "Are you talking to me?" infuriating Zeus.
"Insolence." shouted Hera, wife of Zeus.
The league could not believe that Vigilante was not even flinched in the presence of the gods. He was arrogant and didn't even put those gods in his eyes.
"Aphrodite" signalled Hera.
Aphrodite released a pheromone so potent that it can put any mentally strong guy to become love strick puppy.
Vigilante stood there without caring. Aphrodite who could not see his expression said "Now my love, tell me who are you?"
"Vigilante." answered Vishal.
The league was surprised as they never expected the godess's power ot work on him.
"Why did you cause so much destruction?" asked Aphrodite seductively.
"I know that you were responsible for killing all the male children years ago. I wanted to avenge my people." said Vigilante.
The gods were suprised that a mortal aside from the league has found out the truth. They can convince the league but a guy who caused so much trouble cannot be left alive after he knows their dirty truth.
Zeus signaled Aphrodite to order Vigilante to kill himself before unmasking himself.
Aphrodite said "Unmask yourself, my love and destroy yourself for the sake of love and beauty."
Vishal brought out Vajra and brought it upwards and within and instant appeared before Aphrodite and cut her hand.
SCREAM*..
Aphrodite screamed due to attack from the weapon. The gods were alarmed on seeing this.
"Is this the power of love or lust?" mocked Vishal.
Ares clenched his fists seeing what has happened and Zeus was enraged.
"MORTAL, YOU DID A BIG MISTAKE." shouted Zeus.
"Oh! I don't give a flying flippidy fuck." retorted Vishal.
Zeus's eyes reverberated with electricity. Vishal saw Hephaestus and Hestia along with Hades.
"I am not quite the mortal you think I am. I have no intention of fighting you three. I know the three of you didn't vote in favor of making a deal with heaven and hell.
You can go back to your world's. And Hephaestus, you did a great job taking in the sons of Thermyscira." said Vishal.
Hades had a wicked smile and he went back to underworld. Hephaestus and Hestia looked at Zeus and said "We will not interfere in this battle. We have warned you of the consequences but your arrogance blinded you Zeus."
Hephaestus and Hestia too left the place. "Those ingrates." shouted Poseidon.
"Leave them be. It's a good thing they decided to stay away from this. I can now deal with this insolent guest without intervention." said Zeus.
In the underworld...
Persephone saw Hades appear and asked "What happened? Why are you here so soon?"
"It's my brother's foolishness that brought this situation. I have warned him about the consequences of such an act but he refused to see it. Now it will be fun to see how it will turn out." said Hades as a circular opening appeared which showed what's happening in the island.
Persephone had an uneasy feeling about this.
In thermyscira...
Aphrodite teleported away after getting injured by a divine weapon. It's not easy to heal the wounds that come from divine weapons.
"I am the all father Zeus. Yes, your kin have died because I am the one who ordered Hades to take control of the women and Circe to cast such a spell." shouted Zeus.
Zeus felt something came off of him and when he looked at other gods they were all looking at him exasperated.
"Thank you for the confession." said Vishal.
"System, do it." said Vishal.
Zeus didn't even know that Vigilante took control of his mind and made him confess the truth.
As soon as Zeus appeared he used a god tier hypnotic spell on him. Though it was tough, but Zeus's arrogance has helped him take control of Zeus's mind as he wanted.
He made sure that Zeus would act the way he wanted and made him confess the truth.
"Upload done host. The edited version of the truth has been post all over the world." replied the system.
"Fantastic." said Vishal.
"But the world will be furious host. They will even nuke this island." said the system.
"Don't worry. I kept the fact that league hid the truth a secret because even now people need their heroes. As for nuking the island, those nuclear bombs aren't powerful enough to destroy the godly energies surrounding this island." replied Vishal.
"In fact if they did that world will enter the ice age. But better safe than sorry right. Take 2 billion and neutralize those nukes until I am done here. This will be a message to the gods that if they cross a line, this Nephalem will come for them.
I will deal with heavens and hell after I am done increasing my bloodline to 100%." said Vishal.
System deducted money from the account and made the nuclear missiles all over the world ineffective.
The league members received information that Vigilante has recorded Zeus's confession and posted it all over the world making them feel the consequences of keeping the secret. They received confirmation in a minute that Vigilante did not expose the truth that league kept the secret.
Vigilante slowly turned his face towards Martian Manhunter and said "It's the same thing that has happened in your planet. It was a curse and now here it was a spell."
Manhunter nodded in agreement. "We should go. The governments need to be stopped from taking drastic actions and we are the ones who are supposed to stop this world from getting destroyed" said Manhunter to the league members.
Though other core members were reluctant, they could not decline the practicality in Manhunter's words.
GL growled and used a green bubble on Superman, Batman and WW to lift their unconscious bodies into air.
"World population is already staggering. If nuclear war happens, the gods won't suffer anything but people themselves. I have given league a chance to clean up their mess. With Martian Manhunter taking the lead I bet the situation will resolve." thought Vishal.
"Will you save Manhunter during Injustice host?" asked the system.
"Yes. His way of seeing things objectively aside from other league members is one of the best qualities of that guy. Losing such a man would be a waste." replied Vishal.
"Well even I have taken a liking to him when we hacked into league's meetings. He shows very little bias and he is calm all the time." said the system.
"Yeah." said Vishal and looked at the gods who were glaring at him.
"You dare exposed this world to mortal world. Do you have any idea what you have done?" shouted Artemis.
"You guys stopped interfering with mortal world thousands of years ago but you broke the rule and caused chaos because of a deal between you gods. Serves you right." said Vishal.
"Silence. I am the one who decides the fate of the mortals because I am the all father." said Zeus.
"Then I am the one who who decides the fate of gods who cross the line and behave in such a way that there won't be any consequences." said Vishal.
Vishal floated in air and ominous grey coloured energy filled the air with horns appearing on his head with anglic wings appearing on his back.
Zeus gritted his teeth as he saw the power radiating from the transformation was so high that even he is unable to comprehend what's in front of him.
"What are you?" growled Demeter.
"I AM THE NEPHALEM OF VENGEANCE. ONE WHO WALKS THE PATH IN BETWEEN LIGHT AND DARK, ONE WHO IS NEITHER A VILLAIN NOR A HERO, NEITHER AN ANGEL NOR A DEMON. ONE WHO WALKS THE PATH OF GREY BRINGING JUSTICE IN THE FORM OF VENGEANCE SO THE WEAK AREN'T CRUSHED BY THE DARKNESS AND THE WICKED DON'T ESCAPE MY JUDGEMENT." said Vishal as Vajra emanated grey energy.
He stormed towards the 10 gods who also flew towards him, thus beginning the battle of the gods against a Nephalem.
