At Malik's house everyone over the age of 18 had been taken to the police station, his mother and father included, and Child Protection Services case managers had been called for the 3 children who were under 18 years of age. Eliza had been shouting, "Do you know who I am? I am Chief Heeds' wife. My husband will have you all fired!"
One officer clearly stated, "You have the right to remain silent, any and everything you do and say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney, if you cannot afford one, one will be provided to you." Eliza continued shouting "My husband will have you ALL fired." the officer finished off, "Do you understand the rights I have just read to you?"
It goes without saying, “All good things must come to an end.”
Is this the end of Eliza and family? Will Israel and his family ever forgive the chief?
