Theresa found herself increasingly irritated since her marriage into this pack. They insisted on imprisoning her without substantial evidence, which, in her view, was a crime in itself. 

No matter how serious the offense was, the criminal had a right to be tried unless judgment was directly passed down by the Alpha. And most times, as much as the Alpha was strict with his rules, he was still humane when it came to punishing offenders. 

What was more, they were imprisoning the Alpha's woman with the excuse of her stealing. Wasn't it obvious that they were trying to get rid of Aurora, because she posed a threat to Luna's future position?
