Capítulo 114: Coming Around Full Circle

"So," Ava spoke while caressing the man's chin. "Care to enlighten me on how it is you and your friend over there ended up like this."

"Urrgh," the guard grimaced, though not from Ava's touch but from something else entirely.

When Ava noticed the other guard in pain before, she became intrigued. After all, neither of the two men had any wounds to speak of, at least on the surface.

Of course, they may have sustained some internal injuries from whatever did this to them, but if that was the case then why were the two speaking earlier as if a scythe had did this to them.

The only weapons that came close enough to causing internal injuries to their extent had to be blunt because such injuries could be hidden behind all the armor they were wearing, and a scythe was definitely not one of such weapons.

If a scythe had been the weapon used against these two men... lets just say they'd be missing a few pieces of themselves right now.
