Capítulo 30: Deal Settled

Wang Zhiyuan stood in the living room of apartment 502 with Bighead and the "venerable monk" he had invited. Wang Zhiyuan was feeling a bit torn.

The price of three thousand per square meter was an absolute bargain, even in a stagnant housing market. With his current budget, he could buy this place and still have enough left over for a car, saving him from the daily grind of crowded buses. When the housing market eventually booms, he could sell this place and move to an up-and-coming neighborhood. He knew that properties in new areas are usually cheap at first, but as the area develops, the prices skyrocket.

Wang Zhiyuan didn't have much money to play around with, so he couldn't invest in multiple properties. But at least he was saving up for a stable future. He might be young, but his soul was in its forties. He couldn't just follow his dad's plans like a toddler, nor could he be reckless like a teenager.

He yearned for a laid-back life.
