CHAPTER 26: GOODBYE FOR NOW
The trio pulled up and made it back to the farmhouse where they saw multiple people resting while the weaker adventurers were checking to make sure each Goblin was dead.
Noctis put Goblin Slayer down on a bench where Ruby immediately ran to him, and Ruri started to heal him.
Noctis walked over to Gilgamesh and Guts "How many died?"
Gilgamesh sighed "Ten all in the lower ranks. They got a little too cocky after they killed a couple."
Guts nodded "They all died to the Goblin Champions when they went to charge regular Goblin's in the forest. We already have all their bodies in a cart to bring them to their homes."
Noctis nodded "So how much longer you guys take to beat the Goblin Champions after I left?"
Saber walked up "Well Noctis you killed yours in a minute. Guts killed his in four minutes. Then Gilgamesh in five. Your Champion was the weaker of the three but still it should not have taken them that long."
Faye jumped down from the farmhouse as she ran up to Noctis grabbing his face checking for any injuries over his body "Are you alright. You were supposed to come back after the Champion, but I saw you run in the forest."
Noctis smiled as he rubbed Faye's head causing her to blush "I'm fine. I just wanted to see the Goblin Lord for myself."
Gilgamesh looked interested "What was it like?"
Noctis tilted his head pondering for a moment "Devious. Something you would expect from an evil and sick human. It tried to make us empathize with it. However, I wanted to torture it, but Goblin Slayer obviously went for the quick an efficient kill."
Faye sighed with a slight smile "Of course."
The sun started to come up as they spent all night taking care of the Goblins. Everyone who was not injured help gather all the goblin corpses and pile them up. They were quickly set on fire once they were all gathered. Even the Goblin Lord was dragged back and placed at the top with its head on top of its ass. Surprisingly, it's dick and balls were cut off as well. No one knew who did it or where they went. But a couple people noticed a bulge in its mouth while it was burning.
The next day in Cobalt the guild hosted a party to celebrate the end of a Goblin Lord. Everyone was having a fun time enjoying free drinks and food. At a table sat Noctis, Faye, Dain, Krox, Goblin Slayer, Ruri, and Red.
They were all chatting and having a fun time and then Noctis felt his phone vibrate. So, he got up saying he needed to use the bathroom.
He went outside to check his phone.
Once he was alone, he saw a new message.
World Mission Update
World Mission Complete: Help Goblin Slayer Protect his home and defeat the Goblin Lord
Host has completed the world mission for the world Goblin Slayer. Host can now travel to the next world. Which has already been designated.
Information on World Travel for Host.
Once Host selects to go to next world. Himself and his party members will be transported to the next world. While in this world time will be slowed in the Goblin Slayer world. One year in new world will only be one month in the previous world. This will be true for every world the host is not in.
Host will be stuck in new world until the new world mission is complete. Once New mission is complete host can bounce between the two worlds until they go to the next new world where they will be stuck once again until the new mission is completed.
Rewards for World Mission Completion: EX Tier Next World Unlocked, EX Tier Enchanted Diamond Ring, EX Tier Title Loot Box, added map feature in phone, and added party member slot.

Noctis had a wide smile on his face happy that he could go to the next world. He did still have to talk to Faye about it. That was all for tomorrow though right now he just wanted to enjoy the rest of the day with his friends.
Noctis walked back in the guild to see everyone looking at him "What's going on?"
Faye walked over and handed him a mug of beer. Gilgamesh put his drink up causing others to follow his lead "We already toasted for everyone else's feats while you were gone. So….. Here's to Noctis who killed a Goblin Champion in a minute."
Everyone cheered and drank their drinks. Noctis had a sip of his as well as he brought his up for a toast "Well following off that I feel like I need to say something."
He smiled and continued as he fully took off his mask allowing many people in the room to see his full face for the first time "Here's to all the comrades and new friends I have made here inside this guild. Whether we just talked for the first time a day ago or."
Noctis tilted his glass to Goblin Slayer who also had his mask off, Ruri and Lucy the front desk girl "Or if you were the first people I met in this town."
He gave a bright smile that caused many to smile back and some girls to blush "May we all have many more adventures together and a lot more parties like this."
Everyone cheered and finished their drinks including Noctis himself. He put his drink down as he held on to Faye and gently kissed her "Can you come outside for a moment with me?"
Faye smiled "Of course."
Noctis held the door open for her as she walked outside first, she walked out a bit and Noctis quickly closed the door behind him. When she turned back around, she saw Noctis on one knee with a ring in his hand.
Noctis smiled "I know you are already my fiancée, but I never got you a ring an asked you for myself. So, Faye Treant will you marry me."
Faye had a bright smile as tears of joy rolled down her eyes "Yes. Of course, I will Noctis."
Noctis got up and slowly put the ring on her finger. She had a bright smile and Noctis started to lean in to kiss her. The door behind them then swung open as multiple adventurers and even their own group as well as everyone in the guild fell over besides Goblin Slayer who was still at his table.
Noctis sighed "If you are going to do it at least don't interrupt."
Dain smirked "Well I can't miss my two favorite two long ears falling in love can I."
Krox nodded "I assumed this was an event if witnessed might help me become a dragon."
Ruri ran forward along with Lucy and Ruby hugging Faye and started to ask her questions.
Ruri squealed "I'm so happy for you."
Noctis tilted his head "Asteria what are you doing here?"
Asteria who seemed to appear out of nowhere nodded "I was hoping you would give me a ring as well."
Faye looked at everyone with a couple veins popping from her forehead "You know this is the second time a group of adventurers ruined my moment with Noctis."
What followed after was a lot of screaming as people began to drink with large bumps on their heads. Faye then dragged Asteria away to have a chat. After a few minutes the party went back to normal, and it continued throughout the night.
Later that Night
Noctis was a little drunk, so Faye was helping him to their room they were renting at an Inn in Cobalt.
Noctis had a wide smile as he was only wearing his boxers and he hugged Faye dragging her into the bed with him "I love you."
Faye smiled and kissed his arm that was around her "I love you too."
He then let her go "Faye hand me my pants."
Faye nodded and handed his pants to him. He then pulled out his phone "I need to explain to you a couple things. First just so you know that ring is enchanted to protect you for ten minutes once a day from any kind of fatal damage."
Faye smiled and rubbed her ring "Well thank you for giving it to me."
Noctis leaned up a bit from the bed and kissed her cheek "Of course. Now for the other thing."
He then went on to explain the world travel and the time dilation. He had a serious face "So. Still want to come with me?"
She smiled "Yes. I want to go with you anywhere. Plus, we can come back later."
Noctis smiled "Good. If you're okay with it. Let's leave tomorrow after we say bye to everyone."
Faye nodded "Okay. How long will we be gone."
Noctis thought for a moment he did not know the next world or how difficult it would be. He was hoping it would not be too much of a jump in power. He sighed "I'm honestly not sure. At max a year, I think. So, a month in this world."
Faye smiled "Okay I'll write my parents a letter letting them know we are going on a month-long adventure."
Faye slowly got up and started to remove her clothes "So Noctis I was thinking we could…."
She had a large blush on her face and was having a tough time finding the words. When she turned around however, she saw that Noctis was already asleep. She sighed "Dummy."
She then smiled as she snuggled up next to him in bed.
The Next Day
Noctis and Faye took turns hugging Goblin Slayer, Krox, Dain, Ruri, and Lucy. Noctis smiled "We will be back in a month so you better all still be alive."
Goblin Slayer nodded "I will have killed at least a hundred more goblins by then."
Ruri shook her head "He means to say we hope you two stay safe."
Faye smiled and whispered to Ruri "Make sure to watch after him."
Dain stroked his beard "Well I have to go back to my homeland and give a report on the goblins. I'll be back in Cobalt in two months."
Krox nodded "I as well."
Lucy smiled "You two are always welcome at the guild obviously I'll be waiting for your return."
They all hugged each other one last time. Noctis smiled as he held Faye's hand "See you guys soon."
They all waved as they went their separate ways.
Once Noctis and Faye walked a bit they turned into a forest to hide for a second. Noctis pulled out his phone "You ready?"
Faye nodded "I'm ready and super excited."
Noctis leaned forward and kissed her "Time for another adventure."
Noctis looked down at his phone and pressed a button from a world list.
It went.
GOBLIN SLAYER
NEXT WORLD
The next world button was selected and both Noctis's and Faye's vision were blinded by the light from the phone.
