Grand Empress Dowager frowned to hear from Court Lady Donggu how Prince Wangjie told his mother about his decision. 

"What's wrong with this boy's mind!?" Grand Empress Dowager fisted her palms as she felt Wangjie start slipping away from her hand. 

"Tell Prince Wangjie that I wish to see him," Grand Empress Dowager ordered. She waited for Wangjie's arrival, ready to reprimand him for making such an abrupt decision. 

Finally, Wangjie arrived and bowed to his grandmother. 

"I expected Prince Wangjie to come and tell me his decision to me first. This is the first time Prince Wangjie ignored my presence in his life," Grand Empress Dowager complained. 

"I thought I should first inform my mother," Wangjie said, not wanting to tell his grandmother how he feared she would not agree to his decision.
